Si bien parece que están en un retiro de montaña aislada, pueden acceder fácilmente al área base de Canyons Village en cinco minutos, tanto en invierno como en verano. Esta casa abarca la calidez y el lujo que se puede esperar de unas vacaciones en Park City.

    Con un elegante 8 persona mesa de comedor rodeado de pinturas y vigas de madera, pino rojo 2354 es la propiedad perfecta para entretener y cenar en. La sala de estar cuenta con impresionantes techos abovedados y se conecta a través de un diseño abierto a la amplia cocina del chef. El piso de abajo es perfecto para entretener o animar a pasar tiempo con la familia y los amigos. Con múltiples sofás en la sala de estar, el loft, el estudio y la sala de juegos resumen sus aventuras del día con la máxima comodidad.

    El dormitorio principal se encuentra en la planta principal con cama king, chimenea privada y baño privado masiva. Su y ella se hunde están flanqueadas por una bañera de hidromasaje y ducha. Calentar en una noche fría de invierno con el lujo de una lámpara de calor en el centro del cuarto de baño. Disfrute de las vistas exuberantes y ajardinadas desde las puertas dobles en el dormitorio principal que brindan mucha luz natural. También en el primer piso es una habitación con una cama queen y chimenea.

    El segundo piso cuenta con un salón, habitaciones de invitados y una sala de juegos. El salón loft se aprovecha de techos abovedados de la casa y es un lugar perfecto para relajarse con una taza de chocolate caliente. Dos de las habitaciones de arriba tienen camas king, por lo que sus invitados descansarán cómodamente. Además, hay la habitación perfecta para niños con dos camas individuales y una cama nido.

    El sótano cuenta con un estudio, lavandería privada y área de preparación para esquiar. Garaje y el acceso al almacenamiento de esquí se pueden encontrar en el sótano. Hay estacionamiento para dos autos en el garaje y espacio adicional para dos autos en el camino de entrada. Los huéspedes disfrutarán de un jacuzzi privado durante todo el año y múltiples áreas de descanso en la parte posterior, frontal y lateral de la casa que lo rodea en hermosos paisajes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing home!! Truly a home away from home with everything you could need! Ski in ski out literally out the back door! We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend!!!

Wonderful beautiful home

This home is just gorgeous and very spacious. Well equipped in the kitchen and the ski cubicles were well designed. The only thing lacking was snow but the house was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Love the Canyons

Our recent stay in this luxury home in Park city was a memorable experience. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, warm and inviting. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful night after long days on the slopes. The ski in-ski out access was a fantastic perk, and we loved having access to two different mountains for a variety of skiing experiences. The hot tub was a great addition, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a day outdoors. While our stay was enjoyable, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Upon arrival, we encountered a couple maintenance and supply issues, including a nonworking dishwasher, an oven that wouldn’t heat properly, and the lack of humidifiers until our final night. The steam shower also triggered the fire alarm, which was an unexpected inconvenience. Additionally, we noticed a lack of basic essentials, such as laundry detergent, pantry staples, dish towels and dish rags. The housekeeping staff did provide towels on our second day upon request. When running the jets in the hot tub, some mold appeared, which was concerning.Despite these issues, we truly enjoyed our time in this home and appreciated its beautiful setting and excellent ski access. With a bit more attention to maintenance this property could be an absolutely flawless get away

Annual ski trip

Overall we had a great experience at this property. It was very comfortable for a group of 10. Unfortunately the snow conditions hindered the ski in/out but still easy access to the mountain. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch also. There was one issue with one of the showers not working but it was resolved by the property management to our satisfaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house, excellent location - but no internet

We stayed here for a week in January as part of an extended trip to the Park City area where we were working/schooling from home and skiing. The bad - the house advertises internet, but the internet did not work. We had average Mbps download speeds of only 5 Mpbs (compared to 200Mbps back home). This was consistent throughout the house. We bumped into the owner on our way into the home and I asked him casually about the internet and he said it was usually fine. It wasn't and it dramatically affected our ability to get work and school done in the early mornings (we were keeping East Coast time) before skiing. This is a big deal, especially in this Covid-work from home environment. The property management company told me the internet speed was all the owner was willing to pay for. I would definitely recommend getting this fixed. For this price point and type of house, fast WiFi is a minimum standard these days. On the good side - the property management company was awesome to deal with and problem solve. They delivered two hot spots for WiFi, which were still not enough, but a great attempt to solve the lack of internet problem. There is a cleaning service every day for fresh towels. The hot tub guy comes by every day to make sure it is ok. Overall, the management company did a great job. The house itself is amazing and well decorated. Very comfortable beds and living spaces. Plenty of room to space out, as seen in the pictures. The ski-in/out access was awesome, so easy to get home at the end of the day and click-out right at the back door trail. Ski-out in the morning was fun and easy too, follow the trail down to Sunrise lift. Overall, we thought this house was amazing. Price was a decent value for what you get. The only downside was the lack of Internet, which should be an easy fix for the owner.

Our family of 9 absolutely loved this home! It felt warm and cozy like our own from the beginning. Will stay again!
