Premier Ski-In/Ski-Out at Park City Mountain Village
Perfectly situated at the Park City Mountain Village, steps from Payday and Crescent Lifts, Lowell 402 provides luxurious accommodations, ample privacy, and one of Park City's premier locations. Ski-in/ski-out in the winter, access hundreds of miles of trails and Park City Mountain's base area activities in the summer, and enjoy Park City's famed Main Street with dining, shopping and entertainment with Park City's complimentary transit service available just outside the condo.
Lowell 402's flexible floorplan is perfect for a group of families or friends looking for both privacy, space to gather, and unbeatable access to Park City Mountain. Guests will love the two open concept kitchen, living and dining areas to choose from while they watch the snowfall or soak in Park City’s famed bluebird skies from the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the condo.
The first open concept area is complete with a gourmet chef's kitchen including high-end appliances and everything you need to prepare a meal. It overlooks the dining and living areas so all can get together after a day in the mountains. The main dining area offers seating for ten and the breakfast bar seats five. A comfortable sectional in the living room provides ample space to relax and catch a show on the flat screen TV and the queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping arrangements. The second kitchen, dining and living area offer even more space to spread out and provides your group with additional privacy and relaxation. The dining table has seating for six and the living room has comfortable furniture and a large flat screen TV.
Lowell 402’s sleeping accommodations, for up to 14 guests, offer space and privacy to retreat to with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The main suite offers a king- size bed, en suite bathroom, and even has an attached private office/den with a flat-screen TV and queen sleeper sofa. Two other guest rooms are furnished with king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms. The kids will adore sleepovers on repeat in the final bedroom that boasts three extra-long twin beds, all with tucked-away trundle beds.
After the day exploring, take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub on the pool deck. Complimentary fiber Wi-Fi. If you feel you need to burn a few extra calories after indulging in Park City’s award-winning culinary scene, there's a fitness center for guests to enjoy within the complex, or, of course, more than 400 miles of trails to hike, bike, or ski just outside your door.
Additional amenities include a shared full bathroom, a powder room, private washer and dryer, underground garage parking and common BBQ grill by pool deck. Complimentary daily housekeeping during the winter season. Premier rating.
