Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 6 people, this upscale penthouse is packed full of refined features that allow you to enter into an opulent state of mind from the moment you check in. Adorned with warm wood interiors to blanket you in a rustic ambiance, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, this space has everything you need to feel completely taken care of.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with double sink vanity and a spa jetted tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted into a King and a kitchenette with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and dining area for 2. In addition, the guest bathroom has their own jetted spa tub/shower. You'll find plush bedding, sumptuous linens, and carefully curated decor that creates a serene and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that you'll drift off to sleep in total comfort and wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The Neighborhood:

Nice Late-Season Find

We came for the pond skim the second weekend in April and had a good stay here. We loved the proximity to restaurants and walkability, and the shuttle to the mountain was just down the stairs (old town lift closes end of the season). The kitchen was also well stocked and there were plenty of keurig pods! Our only note was that the air conditioning for the entire building not turned on yet for the summer, even though the listing indicates there is air conditioning. As it was a warm weekend (60-70 degrees on the mountain), we were sleeping in a 75-82 degree apartment. If you’re looking to stay here near end of season, you may want to take this into consideration as the sun shines directly into this space all afternoon.

We’ve stayed at Lift Lodge units in the past and love the location and convenience to downtown as well as being just a few steps from Town Lift. No driving or shuttles necessary! We will definitely be back!

King bed had a pillow top and was so soft we had to sleep in the twin beds in the other bedroom. There was a lot of mechanical noise….boiler under sink for “instant hot” faucet; and some other electrical noise for which we could never determine the origin. Oh yeah, ZERO views.😕

Great property do not hesitate to call to get door code

The condo is exactly as pictured! It is right on Main Street near the Town Chair Lift. The rooftop deck and hot tub provided a unique outdoor space with amazing views. One recommendation- do not wait to call if you do not have your door code right at check in. We did not have it right at 4pm and this created a lot of stress for our crew. Once we got through the answering service and FL Blue Swell office we got the door code and it was smooth sailing. I wish it was provided earlier. It would have started our visit off on a better foot.

Fantastic property! really well laid out, great location at the bottom of Main Street just above the Harvest Cafe (great food and coffee). Tony the Manager/Owner of Blue Swell rentals was very helpful, prompt and accommodating in fixing a few minor issues for us. Oh and enjoy the roof top deck with Barbaque, Fire Pit and hot tub. We cooked and hung out up there most evenings with a great view over Old Town.

Great location

The unit was exactly as pictured. Location was right at the base of Main Street and next door to Harvest which is a very good coffee shop and eatery. We had a minor issue with the toilet. Maintenance was out that day. Another issue with parking. We received tickets when we parked in the designated spot. We left the tickets for management as they said they would take care of it. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Ideal location for a family Ski Trip

Property is perfectly located 25 ft from the Park City Mountain City lift. It could not be more convenient to get on the mountain. Ski locker to store equipment at the door, lift ticket office next to lift, breakfast spot next to ticket office, 10 steps to the lift, and you are on the mountain. The property was clean, comfortable, well furnished, and the whole process of getting checked in and out was perfect. I was a little skeptical about downloading another app but it was easy and helpful. I honestly don't have any complaints at all about this property and would stay again without any hesitation. The only comment I would provide is that the runs to get back to the property are blue so if you have green skiers in your party you will have to download to get home. But even that process was pretty simple.

Truly is the most convenient place to stay for the best of Main St and easy access to slopes. Town lift at bottom of the stairs, rentals, breakfast, and lift tickets all right there! If you want easy access to all that Park City has to offer, then this is the spot!

Pros Location Perfect Property manager was super and even got us reservations for dinner Owners were great Humidifier availability was a nice touch Cons/challenges Layout of unit was awkward...made furnishing this place difficult There is no pantry to place dry food (we used the fridge for everything) Furnishings need an upgrade One bedroom had twin beds. We would have preferred a king/queen (although this could be a positive for families with children) There was no bedding for the pullout couch. However, it was delivered for the last evening of our stay. Humidifiers most didn’t work This unit is close to 5 stars...it’s just didn’t earn it. I would stay here again but I would just set my expectations for as follows.....5 star location and 3-4 star comforts/furnishings

Quick Park City getaway!

The condo was so convenient to the Town Lift it was probably the least amount of steps I have ever taken to a lift chair from my room in my life. Second, my contact Tony, is a Park City local and was seriously the most helpful,, considerate, and a great source of info for me and my wife during our stay that he solely would have made the trip great. He was awesome suggesting restaurants and was very helpful even helping me look for lift tickets. I could not have been more impressed with the service we got. If there is any single little thing that wasn't perfect is that we really didn't have much of a view but the roof hot tub, that you can schedule alone time due to Covid, made up for that in triplicate. We are looking for weekends to go back and we just can't wait to stay with this group again! Top Notch all the way!!
