Embrace the warm ambiance of this spacious 2,000 sqft condo, featuring large, open rooms adorned with multiple masonry fireplaces that create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The open kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and is equipped with pots, pans utensils, a Keurig single cup & carafe coffee maker, and is complete with a start of coffee and coffee condiments to kickstart your mornings. Enjoy your meals at the generous dining area for 10 guests, or have some fun with one of the supplied board games while streaming your favorite music from the Bose speaker. This is a 2nd floor unit with walk out patio access to massive open spaces in the summer. During summer, you'll relish in these outdoor spaces accessible through the 4 covered patios, where you can savor your coffee or evening beverage. After an exciting day of activities, unwind in one of the comfortable beds furnished with high thread count linens ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to 8 guests. Indulge in the ensuite main bathroom's beauty with granite, in mirror lighting, make up light, custom cabinetry, soaking tub and walk-in shower, stocked with a start of top-branded, full-sized bath products, a start of paper products, plush towels, and 2 cozy robes for your relaxation. You'll also find a stacked washer and dryer in the unit with laundry pods provided for your convenience. As a guest of this impeccable condo, you have access to various on-site amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna & steam room, workout room, game room, market, bar and the Provisions restaurant. You will love the convenience of being in the same building with the fitness center and pool. For those seeking adventure, hiking and biking trails are right outside the door, with garage racks available to secure your bikes easily. Please note that this unit is a non-smoking and pet-free space, ensuring a fresh environment. The condo is on the second floor, granting walk-out access to a spacious patio area during the summer. The condo is ski-in/ski-out please check trail maps and conditions for current trail openings & lift operations. For your safety, security cameras are installed in the garage and building hallways. Guests must be 25 years old or above to rent this charming condo, which offers the comforts of a condo residence rather than a hotel, making it a truly personalized and exclusive experience. Also note a parking is optional and if selected a parking charge collected by Hyatt: Self-parking ~$40/night (+taxes), valet ~$40/night(+taxes), collected by resort. The resort charges 40.00/night plus taxes for amenities and I’m required to collect this and remit payment to Hyatt. These amenity charges go to Hyatt not SPF 50 LLC and helps support shuttle service, parking, valet, saunas, gym…There are security cameras in the garage and building hallways This unit is on the second floor however it has walk out access to a large patio area. This property is ski-in/out subject to lift operations and trail conditions. You must be 25 to rent this unit.
Supplied coffee, condiments, bathroom products are to get you started no refills available. WE DO NOT OFFER EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT. IF IT IS REQUESTED & can be accommodated THERE IS A CHARGE OF 100.00/hour as it requires significant coordination with cleaning, checking and others involved on the hospitality team.

This condo was FABULOUS!! One of best ski/snow boarding vacations we have ever experienced! Condo was immaculate & had gorgeous views from every room! The fireplaces were so cozy & it was so well stocked we never needed to purchase any toiletries, dishwashing supplies, laundry supplies, etc. We were so close within walking distance to many restaurants, gym, spa, and the mountains. Our hostess gave us a super detailed travel guide of the area which helped tremendously. Recommend this place 110% fantastic !

We had a wonderful stay! Our family really enjoyed the beautiful condo and found it very spacious and well appointed. The beds and linens were quite comfortable. Also, the various decks off the bedrooms were enjoyable! We would definitely recommend!

Good location and unit

Great location. Hyatt service was great and shuttle was very helpful. Ski in not available due to runs being closed. Pictures appear brighter and more modern than in person but still a nice unit. Owner does not allow early check in so I would plan for that. Listing agent responded quickly with a check in problem. Overall we had a great time. No crockpot in unit.

Awesome Trip

This condo was awesome! Very clean and spacious for the 5 of us. Short drive to downtown Park City and really convenient to have ski rental access in the building. The hot tub and game room were nice too! Would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend!!

The property manager was awesome Answered quickly , took care of all our issues immediately. Unforgettable Canyons Getaway

Our recent stay at this condo was perfect for our group of three couples. The well-appointed three-bedroom space was spotless, with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. The spacious kitchen, inviting and equipped with modern amenities, made cooking together a delightful experience. Communicating with the proprietor was seamless, both before and during our stay. Their responsiveness added a personal touch to our experience. The on-site ski rental facility was a game-changer, providing ultimate convenience with ski-in and ski-out access as advertised. Returning directly to our condo building after a day of skiing and having easy access to the ski storage and rental facilities enhanced the overall comfort of our stay. In conclusion, this Canyons condo met and exceeded our expectations, offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality.
