Ski at one of the best sites of the 2002 Winter Olympics! Located within walking distance from the mid-mountain lifts on the world-class Deer Valley Ski Resort. Great room and kitchen just completed total update. It includes new 65 inch TV plus new 40 and 47 inch TVs in the bedrooms. Also includes new furniture and new wood floors. In addition remodel of all bathrooms. Plus outside completely updated which makes the townhouse like new. This non-smoking, two-bedroom, Enclave Townhouse covers 1700 square feet with no other unit above or below. The Townhome has spectacular views of upper Deer Valley and Park City Ski resorts. Brand new power blinds on the large windows in the great room plus a new picture window that increases the views significantly. Enjoy the outstanding vistas from large decks off the living area and master bedroom all with new railing’s that add to the outstanding view of Empire DV and upper Park City ski resort.

There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom; bunk beds with lower twin for extra comfort plus a trundle bed in the second bedroom. TV's with cable connection provided in living room and both bedrooms.

The condominium features a full-size kitchen with granite countertops, new dishwasher, new stove/oven, new microwave, new large fridge, and garbage compactor. New laundry room with new washer and dryer. Plus underground parking.

After a long day of skiing, a new private outdoor hot tub with outstanding views of upper Deer Valley & Park City will soothe those tired muscles. Just a five-minute walk to the world-renown Stein Eriksen Lodge where you can enjoy a full-service spa offering massage, body treatment, and facials.

The best holiday skiing retreat

My family (two adults, two teens) had the most wonderful time at Enclave 4 for the holidays. We were greeted with beautiful decorations which really made our days and made us feel at home and welcome. The condo is situated in a fabulous location that makes it easy to get to the Silver Lake Village and Chairlift which is at mid-mountain at Deer Valley. We were able to leave our boots and skis at the mountain at night and walk to the lodge, put them on and be on the lift in 10 minutes in the morning. We could do the same to have lunch in the afternoon "at home" versus fighting the mountain crowds.We enjoyed being able to walk to the Stein Eriksen Lodge and it is a short drive down to PC or Kimball Junction for groceries or a meal out.The kitchen has everything that you could think of and we cooked some lovely meals which we enjoyed with the incredible views from the dining room. The living room is comfortable and hosted our apres ski movie night. The hot tub was a good way to relax after a full day skiing.We hope to be back again soon.

Perfect condo, location and host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The condo had a perfect layout and all the room we needed for our family of 5. The fire place and private hot tub made the stay perfect. The bathrooms were renovated and all of the furnishings were comfortable with a cozy, mountain decor. The host was amazing - helpful, communicative, responsive and so nice. We loved the location - only a 5 minute walk to the base of Silverlake. We left our equipment and boots at the lodge and enjoyed the short stroll to and from the condo. Anyone who visits this property will be thrilled!

Best stay in Deer Valley yet!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was lovely, the views, incredible, it was spotless, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Great set up for kids. Walked to and from skiing daily! Herb and Janet were so helpful and communicative, making everything easy for us from start to finish. We'll be back!

Outstanding view from attractive, comfortable property

This townhouse is attractively furnished, with nice recent remodeling touches. It was well-kept and clean. The living spaces and decks have a great view that invites relaxing on the comfortable sofa and chairs. All around a great place to hang out at the end of the day or even all day.

Perfect Family Ski Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Very nice and updated property, and the views were amazing. Deer Valley at its best! Great location, easy to hop on shuttle or walk to the lifts, even with three young kids. The owner, Herb, was fantastic and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. Thanks!

Perfect place for a Deer Valley ski trip

We had a wonderful stay at Enclave 4. The space is beautiful and the views are spectacular! We built a fire, we enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing, and loved the well appointed kitchen for cooking dinner. The walk to the slopes is very short, and the free ski valet at Silver Lake lodge made it simple - it was a nice little warm up. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful Deer Valley get away

My wife, 6yo daughter and I loved our stay. It's just as described and convenient to everything. Beautiful views and spacious. Had a little issue which the owner and management company took care of right away. We would most certainly return to this property!

Fantastic Silver Lake Townhome

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Herb and Janet’s property in the Enclaves at Silver Lake. The unit has been updated making it spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect- walkable to the Stein Eriksen Lodge, Goldener Hirsch, the shops and restaurants at Silver Lake Village. Our family loves the convenience of skiing mid mountain. We love the views from this property. Nothing beats a long day of skiing than relaxing in the hot tub looking out at Flagstaff, Lady Morgan and Empire Peaks. Herb and Janet were great to work with to make sure our stay was perfect.

Enclave 4 - August 2019

I found Herb and Janet's property and location perfect for my needs during the month of August, 2019. The weather helped as it was ideal for the entire month. The condo has all the amenities that anyone would need for a long or short term stay. It felt like home and the condo was as comfortable as you would want for a month away from home. The Perfect Ski Trip!

What a fantastic location! Very convenient access to Silver Lakes Lodge and the town shuttle stop right across the street. The condo was very comfortable for a family of 4, and we could not soak up enough of the stunning views. This was a perfect place to take the girls skiing for the first time, and we loved every moment. We would highly recommend, and we certainly hope to make a return visit!

Great location, Perfect views!

We have been coming to Deer Valley for almost ten years and this was our first time staying at the Enclave. We absolutely loved it! Very spacious for our family of four giving us all plenty of room to spread out. Thoroughly enjoyed the wood burning fireplace every night. The condo was very clean and offered everything that you could possibly need during your stay. Short walk to the slopes, Silver Lake restaurants and shops. Very easy drive to Main Street and Park City grocery stores, liquor store, etc. Thanks for a great week!

Sparkling,spacious condo in Deer Valley

Wonderful 2 BR condo with beautiful views of the mountains from LR and MBR. Convenient to Silver Lake lodge and Stein Eriksen Lodge for skiing and dining. Overall great place for a fun holiday.
