Most convenient location in DV! Shuttle to lifts or Main St in 3 minutes!

This lovely Sun Spot condominium is located on Deer Valley Drive, right on the free bus line that will take you to Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort or Main Street within minutes. The condo is multi level, built up the hillside facing south to take advantage of the warmth and lighting of the sun through the day.

This condo is approximately 2000 square feet in size and features three bedroom suites - each with an attached bathroom. It is very nicely decorated with recently remodelled kitchen and bathrooms. On the entry level is the third bedroom, then up a short flight of stairs is the second bedroom. Another short flight up is the living room, with the kitchen and dining area overlooking the living room from half of a level up. There is a powder room on this level, also. The door out to a large deck is on the level above the kitchen (great place to enjoy the afternoon sun, with views of ski runs at both Deer Valley Resort and the Park City Mountain Resort), and the top level is the master bedroom suite.

Living Room: Spacious living room with a very cozy leather sectional couch and mountain accented decor. The brand new stone surrounded gas fireplace will keep the room toasty! There is also a small desk space next to the fireplace that is perfect if you need to get some work done. 47" Flat Screen TV with a surround sound system, DVD, CD, plenty of seating.

Kitchen: Recently remodeled with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. Well equipped for cooking. Private deck outside.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the brand new dining room table.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, flat screen TV, adjoining newly remodeled bathroom with large travertine shower.
Second – Bunk bed with queen on bottom and twin on top, also a trundle under the bed, so this room sleeps 4. TV, adjoining newly remodeled bathroom.
Third – Queen bed, flat screen TV, adjoining newly remodeled bathroom with large travertine shower.

Note: There is also a newly remodeled 1/2 bath located on the kitchen level.

Hot Tub: Yes, brand new for winter 2025-2026

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in closet on Master bedroom level.

Updated unit, great hot tub, lots of sun, but the best part is the parking…lots of room for one car and you can make two work. Garage door opener would be nice!

Stayed with family of 5. Very comfortable. Clean and with all the things we needed! We even got to see a Bobcat out the back door one morning!

Best location, could use new mattresses

Overall, the description that this is the best location is absolutely true. We skied Deer Valley every day and the 3-minute shuttle to and from was wonderful. Also a 2-minute bus to park city downtown was incredibly convenient. Overall, the place was great for our family but a few things could have been improved: 1. The temperature control is incredibly difficult, it was either too hot or too cold.2. All of the mattresses need updating, especially the primary bedroom. It sinks in massively in the middle.3. The property management group was not proactive in giving us check in instructions and could have been more responsive overall (however I will say we had groceries delivered before we got there by the Grocery Girls — HIGHLY RECOMMEND — and they did let them in to unload everything which was greatly appreciated) Overall, would recommend and would stay again (if new mattresses!)

Amazing Trip

This was a great place to stay and very close to downtown Park City. We walked everywhere and were able to meet our friends to ski easily. I will absolutely consider staying here again.

Good location

Place worked out great. Location was perfect and all bedrooms having their own bath was nice. Only thing left to desire was the lack of hot tub and walking up 5 flights of stairs after a long day of skiing.

We love coming to ski at Deer Valley. The property was nice and kitchen stocked for cooking. I do think that the cleaning crew did not give their best effort before our arrival.

Great location

We have stayed at a few properties in Deer Valley and this was definitely the easiest location...the garage has easy access and it large ..the place was very convenient as well ..:Instructions and check in and check out process was easy..:we would stay here again!

Great place overall, but issues with climate control

We enjoyed our stay here. It's spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well-appointed. It's just a few steps away from the shuttle that takes you to the ski resorts and to town. We did have two issues. One is climate control. Because the unit has four floors, the heat rises to the top floor. It would be extremely hot in that bedroom at night, and quite cold in the bottom-floor bedroom. This was challenging for our group. Second is that the unit was not adequately stocked with toilet paper and tissue for the number of people in our party and the length of our stay. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Nice condo halfway between Deer Valley Snow Park and Park City Main Street

Nice and comfortable 3 bedroom condo split on 4 levels. Lots of stairs, so be aware. Bottom most room stayed cool, while master bedroom at top level needed window open almost continuously to keep comfortable, however doing so made the temperature comfortable enough. Well appointed kitchen, comfy couch in living room with gas fireplace. Second bedroom now has bunk bed with double bed below and single on top, for my girls less ideal than two twins as both ended up sharing the double bed. Only negative really was a lack of adequate floor mats to clean boots before entering and inside the house so keeping floors clean was an issue. We ultimately left our shoes on the second floor landing which worked out ok, but better mats would definitely be a plus. All in all, enjoyed our stay.
