This renovated condominium features one queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and one queen sofa-sleeper in the living area as well as two full baths. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, living area with wood burning fireplace and balcony.

Common area amenities include an outdoor pool (during season), hot tub and on-site parking. ***UPDATE - POOL/HOT TUB CLOSED 2025 FOR RENOVATION***

The Park Station is located just below the roundabout at the bottom of historic Main Street Park City. It is just steps away from the Town Chair Lift, Town Bridge and all of the shops, restaurants and nightlife available in Park City.

The unit was comfortable for 4 friends on a ski trip. The location is just beyond fantastic just steps from the town lift and bars & restaurants.The unit could use some updating but thats besides the point.Very responsive owner who did her best to accommodate an early arrival for us as well.Highly recommend.

Lovely place

I really enjoyed staying in this property. It was accessible to so many restaurants and all the spaces I need to use. The communication and assistance from the team was also prompt and helpful. I would def want to come back in the summer

Just Ok

The location is perfect and that's what your paying for. The place was pretty clean and had humidifiers in the closets which was nice. The worst part was the bed. For the size of room and high cost of the rental they could have put a king. But the mattress was the most rutted out mattress I've ever slept in, and I travel a lot. I would take a hard European mattress over that worn out one. It felt like I was sleeping in a canoe. The heat never got above 68° no matter what I set it to. Plus they have no gues Netflix and the TV remote didn't work in the master. Communication with host was good, they just need to really fix the bed situation.

Perfect place and awesome slope conditions

The flat was immaculate when we arrived. It was spacious for four! The kitchen was well equipped and even had a decent knife for chopping, which is rare in rental units. Communication was great before our stay! We had a perfect stay in great accommodations! The skiing was amazing!!

Incredible location

Great location, not just in terms of the apartment building, but the actual room is perfectly located right next to the walkway to the town and town lift. The apartment could probably use some updating, but was not a big deal at all since we chose this spot primarily for location.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay with our three granddaughters at this property. Location was outstanding with walking distance to town. Pool was amazing and very well kept. Amenities suited our needs. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Location!!

The location of this property was fabulous. Just a short and easy walk to Town Lift. If. you rent your equipment right there, they store it for you for free so only you and your boots have to walk there. The Unit itself was comfortable, and the fireplace was wonderful each night. The reason I gave it an overall 4 stars is because it is in need of some extensive updating. The beds were comfortable... but the bedding really needs to be replaced with a nice comforter and new pillows. The pull out couch needs to be replaced. You totally sink down due to the pull out bed. The vertical blinds are definitely from a few decades ago. They did not work well, and really date the property. Since we were there during Christmas holiday time, it was quite an expensive stay. For this amount of money I think it needs these changes. The carpet appeared to be somewhat new and clean.:) Thankyou, Walt and Sue

Great Location. 1 block from town lift. Hot Tub 75 feet from back door. 2nd bedroom had two single beds which were a little short for me at 6'3 but otherwise condo was great. Hot water was hot, kitchen great, TV and cable great. +Great value if looking for 2 separate rooms with separate living room and kitchen.

Convenient location; slightly dated interiors

Although slightly older finishes, the condo was incredibly well located and easy to access not only amenities like the hot tub, but also the town lift and a plethora of restaurants. Sleeper couch had worn springs, but they had left an air mattress, which worked out perfectly. We were surprised by the daily maid service... they unfortunately broke a towel holder in the bathroom and just left it. But otherwise nice to have a clean place each night.
