Nestled at the highest elevation in Canyons Village at Park City Mountain, Apex Residences Park City offers luxury alpine living with unparalleled access to the largest mountain resort in the country. The property features amenities including an exclusive clubhouse, pool, oversized hot tub, steam room, sauna, and game room. With premium ski-in and ski-out access, enjoy having the best ski-in ski-out access available at Park City Mountain with the ski slope literally at your front door (step out the door, put on your skis/board and go). Summer enjoys immediate access to hiking and biking with views of the Canyons Golf Course.

Upon entering this luxury townhome, the floor-to-ceiling windows will greet you with sweeping mountain views. The comfortable and modern decor adds a chic touch to mountain luxury. A comfortable and spacious sectional makes for the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. The large patio offers a private BBQ grill and outdoor dining table with seating for up to six people. The pristine kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals. A spacious dining table seats ten people.

The master suite is situated on the upper level and is outfitted with a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and private fireplace. Enjoy the ensuite bathroom which features a double vanity and large soaking tub. The second master suite is on the same floor and features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath. On the main level is a third bedroom with a double bunk and double trundle, which also features an ensuite bath. The remaining two bedrooms are situated on the lower level. These two bedrooms are connected and share one bathroom. The fourth bedroom features two double beds, flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. The final bedroom is furnished with a king bed. Enjoy mountain views from the private hot tub situated on the lower-level patio.

This is not our first time to stay at this property. Our group included our kids and grandchildren.We enjoyed the location and we enjoyed the communication with the property management. We would stay there again.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at the Apex 1501 property. It was our children plus five grandchildren. The ski and ski out accommodation was great, the stove, the cutlery made the kitchen area, a delight. The views were great. Our host was more than accommodating, and always responded promptly. We would recommend this property to others and would be willing to come back again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our family - this property is truly ski-in ski-out, has a fantastic garage setup for the car, modern yet warm and comfortable for a big group, and very responsive host.

Overall the property was great but if we knew that bedroom 4 and 5 were connected, we would have stayed elsewhere. We had four couples and the only way each couple had their own bathroom was by one staying in the bunk bed room. Had this room had a king bed, all would have been fine.

Amazing! The listing clearly shows an incredible property yet it still exceeded my expectations! The ski in ski out location is excellent! The mountain view is breathtaking and the home was like a dream. The customer service is helpful and quick responded to any questions we had. We will definitely come back!

The place is lovely. The views are incredible. We loved our stay. The living room furniture is pretty worn out and uncomfortable. At this price, there should be comfortable, adequate seating for a group of 10-12. It could be done better. The ski in ski out was great. The clubhouse is amazing.

This is house is the perfect place to stay in Park City! We spent a lot of time researching houses to rent and were so thrilled with this find! This house is beautifully designed, modern, so clean, and has everything you could ever need during your stay! The Red Pine gondola is a very short walk away, so in the summer you can walk to it and get to a hilltop restaurant and amazing hiking trails all within 5 minutes and in the winter, this will be an amazing ski in and ski out location (there is a great bridge right at the bottom of a ski hill leading right to this property). Canyons Village, which is a 5 minute walk down the hill, has great restaurant options, outdoor concerts, mini golf and bike rentals in the summer and everything you need in the winter for your ski vacation. We could not believe the views from the house, the gourmet kitchen and how nice it was to have a private hot tub on the first level of the house. We also loved having access to a gym, pool, sauna, steam room and even a spa if we needed one, literally 5 doors down from our house. And the house is only about a 10 minute drive to Main Street. This house also comes with a concierge service that made our trip completely stress-free from start to finish. We worked with Lynn to help plan our trip and she did everything from recommend and book restaurants for us, to help us plan stand up paddle boarding and horse back riding excursions, grocery delivery and helped arrange a car for us back to the airport. We also worked with Michelle to help us check in to the house and if we needed anything house-related while we were there. It was the best of both worlds - a large house with space, bedrooms for our children all with ensuite bathrooms and a fantastic kitchen and view, with the amenities you would have at a 5-star hotel. We highly recommend this house and cannot wait to return in the winter!

If you are looking for convenience, this is the place. Perfect Ski-in Ski out access. (Blue level very short run both in and out). Views were next level awesome! Minor issues solved in no time. Master mattress not the best, but just being a little picky. Overall 5-stars all the way!
