Stay with us at our Snowcrest condo, a perfect cozy ski getaway with close 5 minute walk to the Park City Mountain Ski Lifts.

Looking to stay in Park City, and be close to all the action? Look no further, the Snowcrest Inn, ideally located for all your Park City vacation desires. Just a short 5 minute walk and find yourself at the First Time lift or take a quick bus ride to downtown Park City dining and nightlife! Whether you’re planning a visit to carve up the mountainside or hoping to do some shopping, you’ll find yourself in the perfect spot for either.

THE SPACE
After spending time on the mountains or at the local shops, you’ll find yourself resting up or passing the time in this well appointed one bedroom one bathroom condo. Kick back on the couch, flip on the television, and warm up with the wood burning fireplace. Don’t forget to take some time to enjoy the communal pool and hot tub. Playing hard is wonderful, but it's always nice to have a place to recharge for another day of fun!

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully stocked with a fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, toaster, Keurig, crockery (plates, cups, bowls), flatware (knives, forks, spoons), and cookware.

THE LIVING AREA
In the living area you'll enjoy a comfy sofa bed , TV with cable, and a wood burning fireplace.

PARKING
You will have access to 1 free parking spot at the Snowcrest Condominiums and a parking pass will be required. Additional parking is not available.

THE COMMUNITY
This unit resides within the Snowcrest condominiums. While it is an older construction, Snowcrest is a well maintained community with many of its homes being used as vacation rentals as well as permanent residents. It is ideally located, within walking distance of the Park City Mountain Resort and downtown Park City. The local free public transportation system will also take you to Deer Valley or the Canyon’s Village. Snowcrest offers guest access to the community pool and hot tub with a restricted schedule.

- There is a washer and dryer located in the unit
- Pool & Hot Tub Schedule - Spring: Pool and hot tub close when the Park City Mountain Resort closes, generally in April.
- Pool & Hot Tub Schedule - Summer: Pool and hot tub re-open on memorial weekend and remain open until September 30. Hours are generally 10am - 10pm
- Pool & Hot Tub Schedule - Fall: Pool and hot tub close from October 1
- Pool & Hot Tub Schedule - Winter: Pool and hot tub re-open at the start of the ski season, and remain open until Spring. Hours are generally 10am – 10pm

For after-hours communication, leave a message, and we will strive to promptly return your call. Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.

INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.

Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.

10 min walk to ski school. Valet ski gears for free at the ski resort. There is also bus if lazy to walk. Super close to pharmacy, coffee, restaurant and supermarket. 5 min walk when not counting waiting at the lights. Kitchen was well equipped. Unit owner was very thoughtful with all we needs. I had a really great 6 days 5 night stay including partly working via video calls. WiFi was great

This condo is very conveniently located close to the lifts, the bus stop and local markets. It was well appointed and had everything we needed to really enjoy the week in Park City. Highly recommended.

It has been an amazing stay. The place is super functional and has everything you need.It is a short 5-7 min walk to the lifts.It is super convenient to fresh market and other stores so you don’t really need a car if you plan to ski. Highly recommended!

Small coozy 1 bedroom super close to first time lift. Exited the back door and 1st time lift was about a block away. You can take that list to payday and have access to the mountain in like 15 minutes.

We loved staying at this property! The location can not be beat. 5 minute walk to the nearest lift and 3 minutes to get to the PC free bus to go to downtown PC. Also full access to local stores and restaurants. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating to all our needs. I stayed with my teen aged son who got the bed (great memory foam!) and I had very comfortable nights on the pullout couch. Only thing missing is a dish washer but we managed :) . I would definitely recommend this unit.

My wife and I stayed and this condo and thoroughly enjoyed it! The Condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed! The Jacuzzi is just steps from the front door which was great in the cold weather. The slopes are a short 5 minute walk making for an easy day of skiing!

15 minute walk to Main Street. 2 minute walk to the free bus stop. 7 minute walk to the grocery store. Multiple restaurants and gear shops within a 5 minute walk. This condo had hooks and plugs everywhere and it was amazing. A fully stocked kitchen that was not second hand cast offs. We made multiple meals a day the whole time we were there and there was never piece of kitchenware we were without.

The location is ideal, we were 10 minutes from the rink and 3 minutes from downtown. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a lifesaver for a 3 day stay. The couch pulls down to make a small bed, and perfect for our 10 year old. The property is clean and has lots of hooks to hang ski/hockey gear to dry. Board games, books and movies are provided by the host and it makes this property cozy and enjoyable.

Our stay was perfect from check in to check out. The condo was perfect for our needs and was centrally located. We rented bikes from Coles Sport right across the street and did our grocery shopping as Fresh Market every day.

Stayed here over a long weekend on a ski trip with friends. Property was clean and couldn't have been a more ideal location for skiing (less than a 5 minute walk in ski boots from the door to the lift). The heated pool and hot tub were much appreciated after a long day of skiing and the owner was responsive when I reached out with a question. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

I loved my recent stay here! I was traveling solo for a few days before a work conference and wanted someplace comfortable and close to the slopes and budget-friendly. This checked all my boxes and was perfect for me. It’s not a huge place so it would feel crowded if you had more than 2 adults staying here (like anyplace with a pull-out). The shower and kitchen were updated and had everything I needed for my short stay. There was a small issue that came up that was resolved quickly with the property manager and they were extremely responsive with any questions I asked. This is basically a ground floor unit so it didn’t have much of a view but I wasn’t concerned about that- easier not to climb extra steps esp. in ski boots. The mattress is one of the solid foam kind and very comfortable to me. No dresser in the bedroom but there is closet space with shelves inside. I forgot my swimsuit so I didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub. My favorite feature was the wood-burning fireplace, with extra firewood just a block away at the 7-11. I think a few people may have mentioned noise from neighbors in their reviews… I didn’t hear anything. It was very quiet here and a close walk to the First Time lift. Great all-around location!

The location of this condo is perfect! My kids love the hot tub. Check in and out was easy. The bed was a bit hard though. There was no dishwasher in the condo. Overall great stay!

Property was great! Clean, quaint and decorated nicely. Location was an easy walk to the Eagle Lift, 5min max, or bus to main lodge is right on the corner. Walk to main street bar restaurant area is about a 1/2 hour up hill, or 5 min uber ride avg $15 dollar. May be small for 4 adults the fold out may not be the most comfortable for adults staying for more than a day or two. Definitely would recommend or book again!

Cozy condo. Great location. Short walk or 1 shuttle stop from the payday base and 2 great ski shops right across the street. Perfect for a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 kid and may work with 2 young kids as well). Everything was as advertised, but agree with the other reviews that the bedding, appliances, toiletries could use an upgrade.

Our family needed a central location to stay for our son's soccer tournament. it was close to all the fields we played at and local restaurants. The only thing I thought was odd was that we paid quite a lot in host fees etc and we only had one roll of toilet paper and no tissue paper for 4 people for the entire 3 nights. We were told that it was our responsibility to purchase more toilet paper for our stay.
