**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Impeccable Tahoma residence on Rossi Hill with a short walk to Main Street and easy access to Deer Valley Resort. Tahoma is a coveted subdivision of just three town homes that rarely become available, designed by Jonathan DeGray and built by Rob Wolff with forward-thinking Green principles. This residence lives like a single family home, with a large and open main-level that includes a two-story view of Iron Mountain, chef's kitchen with breakfast bar, a large dining room that can fit 10+, and a separate wet bar with wine refrigerator. All bedrooms are en-suite with big closets, views, great light, and access to outdoor spaces. This residence has three decks, including a rooftop deck with hot tub and panoramic views, as well as a wrap-around deck off the great room. The theater room with 3/4 bathroom is perfect for extra sleeping space. Abundant storage throughout including the spacious mud room and oversize 2 car garage. AC in bedrooms only, nothing in the other rooms.

**LOCATION**
Easy walk to Main Street. We're approximately 8 minutes walk from Main Street. After a night out there is always the free bus back to the Greyhawk. We're almost exactly halfway between Deer Valley and Park City Mountain.

**GETTING AROUND**
The Park City free bus service stops literally a few steps away at the base of the hill with regular busses to get you where you need to go.

This house was perfect for 3 couples and was so convenient to ride the bus to Deer Valley. The house was well equipped and very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The hosts were extremely accommodating for our group traveling with babies. The house was beautiful, spacious, and had a great view. The hot tub was such a great feature. Perfect spot for us to stay!

Great Place and Location

We’ve stayed at many properties in Park City over the last 15 years. This property is great! It is quite spacious and has a good layout. Couldn’t ask for a better location - easy to get to Deer Valley or Main Street. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house in a great location

We enjoyed our stay and found the house to be well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the built-in sound system, wine fridge, hot tub, steam shower, and the high-end kitchen appliances. In addition, the location is fantastic. It is a short walk to the center of town and a short bus ride to the ski lifts. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Gorgeous property. Has everything you need and more. Easy walk to Main Street even in the snow. I’m one of those people that loves sharing a house but hates sharing bathrooms so it was perfect for me and my friends.

Location was beautiful, quiet and the house was very comfortable. All three bedrooms had en suite, which was perfect for our girls Fall getaway vacation. Especially enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and TV room. No problems or issues. Would highly recommend.

Great Park City home

We enjoyed our stay. Great location (though there is construction and a little noise from it right across the street), near Deer Valley and walking distance to downtown PC. Spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed home. Well equipped kitchen and BBQ grill on the deck. Nice media room. Three main bedroom all have plenty of room and beds are comfortable. AC in the bedrooms is a plus.

Great Townhome in Park City

Nice townhome in Park City. Very close to Main Street. Home has everything you need and then some. Communication was excellent. The only recommendation for improvement is upgrading the bedroom pillows. Other than that, the place is perfect.

First Time in Park City

We had a wonderful time in Park City. The home was spacious and allowed our family to have plenty of room. It had the necessary supplies. The kitchen was big enough so that we could cook and prepare meals. The movie room was nice to enjoy a movie night. The garage was spacious to fit a large SUV. We enjoyed the home and would recommend it to anyone.

Great house

This house was better than expected and perfect for our fall girls trip. The location is very convenient to Main Street and Park City in general. Beautiful views from all the rooms. Comfortable bedrooms with en-suite baths. Loved the roof top hot tub. Not the best house if you have trouble navigating stairs but other than that - do not hesitate to book this home. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and are very responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Park City.

Perfect long term rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 week stay at this amazing Rossie Hill house! Matthew and Park City Hosts were easy to communicate with and whenever we needed assistance or help with something, they were always there for us. Having 3 king sized beds was great for the guests that visited during our time there. The kitchen was well stocked with things to cook with (which we did a lot of), and the house was cozy and comfortable. There was construction going on on Rossie Hill the entire time we were there, and it was a little frustrating at times, but the location, comfort and convenience of this beautiful home made up for that inconvenience. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future!

Perfect location!

Our first time in Park City, and I would definitely choose this property again. Walkable to Main Street but provides the quiet relaxing atmosphere we were looking for. There is so much provided for you including beach towels/chairs, all cooking supplies including spices, laundry detergent, etc. Buy ice though. For any questions, just text to receive an immediate response! So convenient. Amazing home with beautiful views! You will not be disappointed.

Really nice property in a great location Super nice kitchen with lots of necessities, making meals easier to prepare; BBQ was too low on propane to use Should probably provide hot tub towels if the bath towels are not to be used. More tha. 2 deck chairs on the main would have been nice.

Beautiful beautiful townhome in every way. Lots of space for our family to spread out. Teenagers loved the TV room and the hot tub. Location is great, close to everywhere. Fantastic views, location, and design.

Loved our stay at this gorgeous property! The views are spectacular, the location is wonderfully peaceful and is close to all the dining and activities in both Old Town and Deer Valley, and the layout, design, and amenities are luxe. Would happily revisit!
