This condo in a fantastic location will be a great place to call home while in Park City. Enjoy morning coffee by the fire or take in views from your balcony - then head to the slopes, trails, or golf course — walk just minutes to the Cabriolet lift at Canyons Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Golf Course. Or, enjoy the community clubhouse, gym, hot tub, and heated year-round pool. Visit the Canyons village for dining options and music, or explore the natural wonders on one of many nearby hiking and biking trails. You'll also find countless restaurants within easy walking or a short drive away. Discover the area's arts and culture at either Main Street in Park City or Redstone at Kimball Junction Center. A short walk to The Waldorf Astoria Spa is the perfect treat after a day of outdoor adventure.

This elegant condo has an open-concept living area with a sectional in the living room that converts to a queen bed. Relax and watch a movie on the smart TV next to the fireplace. Or play board games while listening to music on the SONOS sound system. The well-equipped kitchen features quartz counters, a farmhouse sink, and all the cookware and gadgetry a chef could need. A full suite of Viking appliances includes a stainless steel gas range, side-by-side fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. A gas grill on the terrace takes cookouts to the next level, and there's plenty of seating to enjoy the view.

Two primary suites with luxurious mattresses and bedding offer lots of light as well as blackout window coverings for ultimate privacy. A gas fireplace invites you into one suite with a smart TV. A double vanity and tiled walk-in shower round out the elegant en suite bath. The second suite has a plush bed and a large full en suite bath with a spacious double vanity.

An in-home washer/dryer, lightning-fast WiFi, bathrobes and bath amenities, Nest smart home thermostat, ceiling fans, and board games are provided.

A reserved parking space for one vehicle in the underground, heated garage includes three secure storage lockers for gear.

Clean and convenient condo

The condo was very clean and in a great location—just steps from the gondola and a short drive to many restaurants. The garage parking was also great on cold/snowing days. It was the perfect home base for our trip, and we would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Condo in great location!

Immaculate condo was such a fun home away from home! Had all the amenities you could possibly need! My kids loved the pool and hot tub, and it was super convenient and close! Both my kids asked when we could come back to stay! We will be booking again! Beautiful area, clean, well taken care of and spacious! Such a win!

Beautiful place near the slopes

Beautifully decorated place , plenty of space and new and modern. For that alone, it would be 5/5 but the property management could be a bit better. It took quite a few tries to get them to give us soap ( all containers were empty ) and to bring us some baking soda for a very smelly fridge ( smelled like old meat or fish). Also there was a loud beeping noise outside the condo causing major issues while we were there and was eventually fixed by another family bothering the fire department ( I told the property management company but said it had the go through the HOA). The place is about 10 min from Deer Valley and very close to Park City. It’s also about 10 min away from super Walmart and Whole Foods but recommend that you bring a car if you cook at all. Of note, the walls are very thin. You hear upstairs bathroom flushes and showers very loudly ( sounds like a waterfall ). I would recommend a welcome book that states check in, check out stuff and maybe some good eats in the area and let us know that there was a garage door opener in the kitchen drawer, which we discovered on our last day (otherwise had to get out of the car and push the button every time ) .

Great location near Cabriolet gondola.

This is a fine upscale condo in a fantastic location to walk to the Cabriolet gondola. I have one recommendation for the owners and one warning for renters. For the owners: provide better instructions/information. Location of clubhouse/fitness center, use of gas grill, use of tv’s (we had trouble with Comcast). For renters: this unit can be loud at times. The source of the noise is varied. This includes hearing the occupants walking and moving chairs, etc in the unit above, to the fact that the unit backs up to a maintenance garage/worker area that has traffic very early, to the main plumbing to being poorly routed and insulated so it sounds like you are in a waterfall when the unit upstairs flushes.

Great location for some skiiing

Really nice property. Feels slightly smaller than it looks but super comfortable. Easy walk to cabriolet lift. Small problem (someone parked in the spot and there is just one covered for this unit) with the parking but the agency was great to work with and a quick note solved the issue. Looking forward to returning.

Nice But Bring Your Noise Cancelling Earphones

Property was nice and the pictures of the property were accurate. The condo was clean and had plenty of towels however, we found five (5) towel in the master bathroom vanity that were wet. Not a huge deal but inconvenient but the condo did have a stacked washer and dryer. We were provided a ten (10) digit passcode to get in the door with additional instructions to enter a temporary four (4) digit password. All three (3) members of my family watched the YouTube video to enter a temporary passcode and all three (3) were unsuccessfully so our whole stay we had to enter in a ten (10) passcode to enter the condo. BIGGEST COMPLAINT the condo either has terrible insulation or the loudness family in the country checked in two (2) days into our four (4) day visit. Although we found the property on VRBO we were quickly rerouted to TurnKey. When we had a little down time I decided to fill out Turnkeys quick survey and explained that we were not happy about the wet towels and the noise coming from the family in the condo above us. Long story short there solution was to contact the local sheriffs office and provided me with there number….really. Overall the condo itself was nice but the noise really ruined our stay. Good luck and bring some decent noise cancelling earphones.

Winter wonderland

The house is lovely and it was decorated for Christmas, which was nice. The kitchen appliances were all very nice and it was stocked very well, except we needed a sponge or dish rag and more than one dish towel. The second bath with the tub is very slippery. There were several days of heavy snow which was lovely. All in all, it was a fabulous Christmas! Thank you

Beautiful, like new condo in The Canyons

This condo looks like it’s brand new, it’s beautiful. We didn’t use any kitchen stuff but it was well equipped. They also had little shampoo and conditioner just like a hotel! I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 for two reasons. 1) when we opened the door there was other people’s stuff there. Slippers, robe on the bed, suitcases, and snacks. We were in a rush so we changed clothes and ran out the door right after I called to let them know. They get back to you pretty quick and it turned out the other people were in the wrong building. They need to change their door codes to be building specific. And 2) the smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night the night before we left so I got terrible sleep. Other than that, the place is beautiful, clean and like new.

Great Condo!

This was a beautifully decorated property - looks like the photos. It was clean and easy to access. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. It was in a great location close to many summer activities in Park City. The only issues were not enough beach towels for all of us at the pool and it is on the first floor so you can hear the toilet flushing upstairs, but those were minor problems. Overall we had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for our family. We would stay there again.

We were very happy with this property and felt the online pictures accurately depicted the condo, which isn't always the case. It's very convenient to the Cabriolet Lift as the first day we drove to the Cabriolet parking lot and quickly determined that it was much easier to walk. The community hot tub is nice as well as the cozy clubhouse. We really enjoyed the beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The appliances are top notch and the dishes, kitchen utensils, pot and pans are plentiful. The fireplace in the master bedroom is a great touch and both bathrooms are large and modern.

We had a power outage in the city we were renting in. House was nicely equipped with lots of candles, lighters, and flashlights making an uncomfortable evening much nicer. Staff responded quickly to emails .
