Stroll to coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants. Or hop on the free city bus and venture less than a mile to sample the nightlife on Main Street.

LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode in the open living area, featuring a sofa, love seat and two armchairs. Watch favorite shows on the 50” flat-screen TV. Warm your toes by the gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the large wooden dining table with seating for eight. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar, which seats four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This three-story townhome sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.

The tranquil master suite is complete with a king bed, armchair, and flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom comes with tub/shower combination.

Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, configured with two twin beds. The en-suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is also furnished with two twin beds, while the en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower.

The fourth bathroom boasts a dry sauna, as well as a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Make use of the gas grill on the balcony and enjoy an afternoon cookout. Kick back on ample seating and take in the fresh mountain air.

This townhome does not have air-conditioning.

THE LOCATION

With Park City Mountain Resort just a 7-minute walk from your door, you’ll be on the lifts in minutes. For family fun, go for a ride on the Park City Alpine Slide. In the summer, take a scenic gondola ride up the mountain.

In winter months, the Park City Municipal Golf Course transforms into a wonderful cross-country skiing venue, located within a 4-minute walk.

The condo provides easy access to Main Street, where you will find an array of eateries, pubs, galleries, and boutiques, as well as street artists and musicians (0.6 miles).

Hop on the complimentary local shuttle, with a stop conveniently located just steps from your door.

Start your day at Starbucks, only a 5-minute walk down the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
