This property boasts walking access to all of historic Old Town’s attractions, and ski-in/ski-out access to boot. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this condo can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.

This contemporary villa is within walking distance of all historic Main Street’s attractions and the Town Lift for easy access to the ski area. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, offering a sophisticated home base for those who want to be fully immersed in the vibrant Park City lifestyle.



    Warm and cool gray tones with touches of vibrant color create a fresh and modern feel throughout the living space. A sleek fireplace offers a warm glow to the main area, while a large bi-fold balcony door opens to let in the pure mountain air and arresting views. Premier location, ease of dining, skiing and local transit systems totally make it . Unit was well stocked with all new kitchenware. Premium appliances….Super clean. High end finishes. Very responsive host!

If looking for an ideally located and reasonably priced vacation rental, then this is your pick! Located at the start of the historical downtown of Park City near the Town Lift and free Bus plus Trolley pickups. The rental is well secured and contains all up-to-date appliances along with major TV and streaming services. One drawback that we experienced is the noise during morning/lunch times as its located just above a busy bistro, loading/unloading bay, and high traffic corner. If you are a morning person and/or busy body, then this shouldn't be an issue. We planned our day accordingly and managed to avoid. Overall, our stay was great and we recommend this place!

Your perfect stay

This place was fantastic! Modern, clean and the right amount of space for a getaway to Park City. Location was awesome. Right at the town lift and all the amenities of Park City are within blocks.

The best! Amazing location - steps away from Main St shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Super clean and comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need (including a 6 pack of Utah craft beer in the fridge and tasty snacks!). Our family of 4 - including two teenage boys - loved our visit this summer. We will be back!

Our stay at Abode at Rio Grande Villa could not have been more perfect! The only thing wrong with our stay was that it came to an end! Chance was wonderful and our accommodations were equally wonderful!! We will absolutely be back and next time it will be for a longer stay! To have top notch customer care and top notch accommodations makes for an easy choice to return!!!

Adobe Rio Grande Villa #201

Kim our concierge was amazing and even went out of her way to print and deliver important documents I needed at 8pm on Friday night. Location couldn’t be any better including the amenities of the building. Only thing keeping this from a perfect score is the heat situation in the Master bedroom....didn’t realize the bed hung over entrance to underground garage so no insulation barrier and impossible to get to temperature of the rest of unit. No bid deal I’d didn’t have baby that needed to stay in that room with us. Again outstanding otherwise

Park City Town Lift Condo

Fantastic location for access to the Town Line Lift (which opens a little earlier than the other lifts in Park City), as well as the historic Main Street and the bus stop to Deer Valley. We were able to grab breakfast/coffee every morning with all of our gear and be in line on the first chair of the day, a huge benefit on a big powder day. Our last day saw 18", but we were in line early as we didn't need to wait for busses or shuttles. The property was well managed and had all the accommodations that we would need for our stay. There were many different access codes needed, but after the first day - it was like clockwork for gaining access to the property and room. The twin beds in the spare room are in need of an upgrade, but I honestly never slept better on a ski trip before. Would definately stay here again with 4 persons. 2-bed and 2-bath made it very accomodating.

Best of everything

Our family stayed here for our ski trip. I was first surprised by the level of communication we received prior to arrival. They texted and called to make sure we had everything we needed for our trip. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. In addition the kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of all the essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels and even snacks. The location was perfect. Right at the town ski lift and with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We definitely plan to book this condo again for next year.

Loved it

We loved it here. Everything was new and had everything we needed. Couldn't have a better location. The property management team was so helpful with planning and while in town. We would recommend this condo and stay here again.
