*Initial supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher liquid and laundry soap for each stay.

This 5800 square foot, 3 story home is beautifully decorated and offers incredible views of the Park City Valley. Located in the Oaks of Deer Valley, this home provides quiet solitude just north of the Deer Valley ski resort. It offers easy access to the world class ski resorts of Deer Valley and Park City. This home is ready to entertain or to relax in. Home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, family room, entertainment room with pool table. It has 7 bedrooms (2 with fireplaces)that each have their own bathroom. The master bath (which is on main floor) has a steam shower and jetted tub. Upstairs is an additional master bedroom with King bed. Upstairs has Two additional queen bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the bottom floor next to the entertainment room with pool table. One has a King-size Bed with bath, one bedroom with bunk bed (no bath), one bedroom has 2 singles with bathroom. There is also a hot tub and barbecue off of a private deck on the main floor. Cable package includes HBO, STARZ, Showtime, Cinemax, Sports Entertainment Pkg, entertainment room offers a pool table, mini kitchen, 40' flat screen hdtv The DSL wireless internet / printer can keep you tied into any outside business that demands your immediate attention.

This is a NON SMOKING home. The house is 5 minutes driving distance to Deer Valley and Park City. In 50 minutes you can get to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird, and Snow Basin. In the winter, the driveway will be plowed in the mornings when there is significant snowfall. A CAR IS RECOMMENDED AS WE ARE NOT ON THE BUS ROUTE . However, Ski Season 2025-2026 we offer FREE trips to ski slopes via APP Deer Valley direct. Download the App, turn on location services to easily set up your pick up spot when requesting a ride. (like UBER/LIFT) it is based on the house address. HRS of operation are 7:15am - 10:45 PM.
Please note this home does not have air conditioning.
SUMMER RENTAL available, The shuttle is not available during the summer.

Definitely I recommend staying in this beautiful large house. It is true what is described it’s comfortable fits many people specially with large group! It’s close to Park City ski resort Park City shops on within seven minutes.

This is my family’s third time staying there. We love it because it is large enough for privacy but still very cozy. Next to the house is a trail that’s about .50 miles round trip that grandkids love “hiking” on.

Recent deer valley stay

We recently had our annual family ski trip to deer valley and loved it. 3 generations of skiers. Check in process was amazing. Owner/manager very responsive to our questions. Kitchen more than adequately stocked. Hot tub clean. Floors being heated a first for our group, which was glamorous. Would go back again for sure.

Deer Valley annual trip

Our stay was very enjoyable. We made good use of the kitchen, the fireplace, the spacious garage and the hot tub. Our group of 11 people were comfortable in the house. The living room could use some better seating and placing a street number sign in an easily visible spot on the street would. make it easier to find.

Park City Family Reunion

This property worked really well for our family reunion. It was clean and spacious with great views in the back. We had a few maintenance issues that were addressed within a couple of hours of contacting the property manager. I would definitely recommend this property.

Yearly family trip

We stayed at this amazing home for 10 days over the 4th of July. We have done this trip for years and this property was by far the best we have stayed in. The owner was very communicative and friendly. The home itself was in what I consider one of the best neighborhoods in park city. Lots of wildlife; mama and baby moose, wild turkey and deer. Great places to ride electric bikes….can walk down to deer valley cafe for lunch or paddle boarding. Home was very spacious and loved how the multiple level living offered privacy to all guests. Kitchen was very well appointed with many kitchen gadgets most rentals do not have. We would definitely stay in this magnificent home again.

Great property for a family vacation.

This home is well maintained and has all the accoutrements to ensure a seamless stay: a very well equipped kitchen, mostly ensuite bathrooms in addition to the 2 half bathrooms on the main level, an indoor garage, multiple TV's, and a hot tub. The 7 bedrooms are spread over three floors to allow for separation of family groups, if needed. We would definitely re-visit this property if we return to the Deer Valley/Park City area.

Great family ski vacation!

My extended family and I enjoyed a wonderful week of skiing thanks to this fantastic property!! With ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to rest and wash up after an amazing day on the slope, we all felt relaxed and rejuvenated for the next day. The hot tub was a grateful soak for sore muscles, and the great room fireplace provided the warm atmosphere we all loved when enjoying our dinners. Having the game room downstairs was a bonus for the younger adults to play games while us more mature adults enjoyed quiet conversations. Thank you for providing your wonderful home for us - it was perfect!

Gorgeous property for a large group

Very comfortable for 11 adults. We especially appreciate the six en-suite bedrooms. The hot tub was also enjoyed extensively after a hard day of skiing

Winter ski trip

Great house, will comfortably accommodate several families. Owner responded fast to our requests and questions. Pros: great, safe neighborhood for walking, close to slopes, comfortable bedding. There are plenty of blankets and pillows around the house. Hot tub on the second level outside, no wild life visits. Plenty of parking space for several cars. Cons: Cons ate minor but would make your stay great instead of being just good. I wish they invested in better quality toilet paper (public restrooms have better quality toilet paper). We had to buy additional paper towels and garbage bags for our week long stay. Some small kitchen appliences are not in the working condition, but been replaced when we complained. I wish they had at least one additional set of bedding (sheets etc). Tv/audio system is outdated. You cannot play your music or screen share from your phone. All in all good comfortable stay and all our family had a blast!

Family Christmas

Spending vacation time with our 3 children and spouses is a long time tradition for us. We’ve not done a winter vacation before but this house and the location were perfect. We were able to get to the slopes within 10-15 minutes, shopping and galleries within the same amount of time. The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy family meals. The bedroom layout and all the bathrooms were great for our 3 adult children, 3 grandchildren and my brother who also joined. We loved the lower level family room and spent time with the fireplace going doing silly puzzles together and playing games. Thanks so much for giving us a wonderful family memory and a beautiful place to relax and be together.
