The Grand Summit Hotel, a RockResort is the premier ski-in/ski-out property in

Canyons Village at Park City Mountain, and our 4 bedroom penthouse condo is

the premier option at Grand Summit!



The Four Bedroom Penthouse units offer expansive, luxurious accommodations

with a full-sized kitchen, dining, and living areas. The unit features a

queen-size sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and 5 full baths. One of the

bathrooms includes a steam shower, enhancing the spa-like experience. The

penthouse has 4 bedrooms: three king bedrooms and a final bedroom with a

3-piece twin set. Additionally, there are two separate living rooms, one of

which has a door that closes, ideal for large groups looking for some social

separation, and includes a pull-out sofa. The large loft area includes an

additional pull-out sofa, providing extra space for guests.







The penthouse is equipped with 7 large-screen TVs and 4 fireplaces throughout

the unit, ensuring both comfort and entertainment. Unique to this unit, there

are in-unit laundry facilities. The unit spans both sides of the building,

offering stunning views both up the mountain and down over the valley.







Accommodating 10-12 people in beds and up to 14 when both pull-out sofas are

used, this spacious 3,700-square-foot penthouse even includes a personal

sauna. Perfect for large groups, this penthouse is designed to meet all your

relaxation and socializing needs. You might not want to leave to go skiing if

you aren't careful...

Big family ski trip

This was a great spot for our family of 10, along with 9 others staying on the same property. There was plenty of space for teenagers and adults to spread out, plenty of room for all 19 of us to eat and hang out. The kitchen had plenty of plates/glasses/silverware for all of us, but could use some serving platters or bowls (nothing in which to make a big salad or serve pasta for a group). It was nice having the hotel housekeeping services, plus Grand Summit is a super location for skiers and non skiers.
