  • Warm apartment restored in March 2012, on the last floor with elevator, benefiting from all the necessary comfort. It is close to all shops and main tourist places where the nearest are : Centre Pompidou (100m), Notre-Dame (300m), Louvre (500m), Le marais (50m), Orsay (800m), the Seine (100m), Hotel de Ville (100m), Quartier latin (400m).
    Close to the station Chatelet, it allows to join quickly and directly all the Parisian railroad stations within 10 min and the Roissy airport and Orly within 30 min.
    The powner also present in the building will welcome you warmly and are available to indicate you the main places of interest of the city.
    This calm appartment will also seduce evening people by its livened up district close to bars, restaurants, cinemas and friendly nightclubs.
    A paying privative parking lot is available on inquiry.

I bought my family of 4 to Paris for a short trip, it was a great stay at this apartment for all of us! very clean and nice apartment, very convenient location to reach major sightseeing sites,we have a great city walk in a sunny day, great pleasure! the owner of the apartment is very hospitable and walm-hearted, will definately stay at the same apartment for my next trip to Paris and highly recommend to my friends who has the same needs!

Super cute, well-equipped, and very quiet central Paris apartment. My toddler son and I loved it and really appreciated the excellent communication and help from the owner. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is lovely and quiet on the sixth floor (elevator to 5th then stairs). The host was very helpful and on-site, which makes a difference. The location is ideal to walk and discover Paris. Notre Dame is just a five minute walk away! The Marais is very special and there is so much to see and do in this small part of Paris. Metro for Line 1 (the main metro line for tourists) is right there and easy to navigate. I stayed for the full month of May and everything about the apartment worked so well. Washer, A/C (necessary in the heatwave) and microwave/oven all made my stay completely comfortable and worry-free. The decor was a bit rustic, but being just under the eaves and looking out over the roof tops of Paris really was sort of romantic. Highly recommend.

The host, Sebastien, provided great instructions on the check-in process. Very happy to have an elevator for our luggage, as missed the apartment was located on the 7th floor. Apartment was cozy, comfortable main bed, couch bed was okay for my son. Bathroom was small for our 6’5” family member. Really happy with the location.

Very nice hosts in the location is amazing getting around Paris. The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I we both had a bed and all the amenities. Quaint old building maybe 1850s thank you!

What a great week, the host, location could not have been better. Do not be afraid to rent that little appartement. We visited Le P'tit Bistrot restaurent 3 times just 1 minute walk just by tour Saint Jacques et maison Marnay 30 seconds from the front door every morning for pain au chocolate et mille feuille in the evening. Merci au plaisir de vous revoir.

Everything was excellent as the apartment is in a great location to take in all the sites in Paris. Sebastian was excellent to communicate with as well. So everything was as we hoped it would be.

Great stay

We had a phenomenal stay at this apartment. It was the perfect space for my wife and me to stay in for the honeymoon. Communication was spot on and the host was flexible with moving in and meeting us when we got there. My favorite part was the stone wall.

The apartment was adorable and well equipped. If even had A/C and I which aren’t always common in Europe we found out. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place

It is Centrally located which makes it easy to go to all of the must see attractions in Paris :). Easy walk outside and just pick a place and enjoy the food no really bad choices. Perfect!

Eine schöne Wohnung

Es war schöne Zeit im Paris. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Lage einfach perfekt. Sebastien ist sehr hilfsbereiter und fürsorglicher Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

A wonderful apartment

The rental had everything we needed. It was quiet at all times. It was in an excellent location for visiting the city. The owners were helpful and easy to contact. We would like to stay there again for our next visit to Paris next year.

Sebastian was very easy to work with and incredibly helpful for our first time in Paris. The little apartment was a great find and was so close to the metro it made it super easy to get around town.

Amazing Location

The apartment is quaint and comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and our teen boys were happy with the pull out bed. Our favorite part was the location. There was a grocery and food and cafes within feet of the apartment. We had a great time and would come back again.
