  • El Marais universalmente popular es una ubicación ideal para visitar París. Rue des Rosiers es una calle estrecha y animada donde los cafés, los restaurantes modestos y no tan modestos se disputan el espacio con boutiques de diseñadores y delicatessen judías, una calle de contradicciones. Un favorito de parisinos y turistas, el corazón del barrio judío. Los fines de semana, la calle se llena de peatones. Dentro de 5-15 minutos a pie, puede visitar la Place des Vosges del siglo XVII, el Museo Picasso, el Museo de Historia de París, Ile St Louis, Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame, la orilla izquierda y el Louvre, ¡solo para empezar! Supermercados, panaderías, delicatessen en la puerta y supermercados a 5 minutos a pie.

    Nuestro apartamento está en un pequeño edificio antiguo muy típico en el primer piso y cuenta con agradables muebles contemporáneos. Recientemente restaurado completamente a un buen nivel por su arquitecto italiano, con un atractivo esquema de color de "naranja deslavado" y piso de parquet pulido verde claro con alfombras. Las ventanas dan a la calle y tienen doble acristalamiento.
    Este apartamento (aproximadamente 40 m²) tiene una cama doble real en una zona de dormitorio separada por paneles deslizantes de estilo japonés; Amplio walk in closet. El salón ofrece un sofá / convertible para 2 personas adicionales. Pequeña área de cocina bien diseñada con lavavajillas. Buen cuarto de baño con WC, lavadora. Ropa inicial suministrada. Línea telefónica restringida. Radiadores electricos. Conexión a Internet de alta velocidad.

Property is exactly what the post is. Great location, perfect for our three person group, and the couch bed was made up when we got there and we had a wonderful time. The three of us felt very safe and the host was incredible with communication.

The apartment is in a great location, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. It was also well stocked and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, it did not have air conditioning, and we happened to stay during a heat wave, so we ended up leaving after one night to find accommodations that did. Overall, this would be a great option in cooler weather.

The location of this apartment is exceptional, it is a fairly basic apartment and the decor is a bit dated but overall it's perfectly adequate for staying in central Paris for a few days. We are a family of 4 and the sofa bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is very small and compact but perfectly adequate for a couple of days. Communication and check in was great. It was also good value for money for the location

Excellent Marais location. Large studio apartment by Paris standards. Very communicative hosts with easy check in process. Stayed in early October so heat not an issue. Will stay again!

Perfect Paris flat

Beautiful space and fantastic location. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would choose to stay here for our next visit. The flat had everything we needed and there are lots of shopping and food options just a short walk away. Highly recommend for one or two people.

Perfect Paris

Great location. Very close to two metro stations. Very sweet neighborhood with great restaurants. The host was quick to respond and very accessible. Check in was a breeze and the apartment had everything we needed.

Perfect stay in Paris

The apartment was very ideal for our stay in Paris! The location can’t be beat! Close to excellent shopping and cafes! Walking distance to many places including the Notre Dame! Apartment was roomy enough considering we pretty much went there to shower and sleep! Highly recommend this place for a short stay in beautiful Paris.

Charmante Wohnung in lebendiger Umgebung

Wir übernachten immer wieder gerne für ein paar Tage in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung im Marais. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und die Umgebung ist quirlig und lebendig, trotzdem ist es nachts ruhig. Das Szeneviertel Marais liegt direkt vor der Tür, Seine und Bastille sind auch nicht weit. Von der Métro-Station St. Paul aus sind alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Great VRBO in great neighborhood

Overall, a great VRBO for the price! A great location to see Paris. It was clean, secure, and had everything we needed. Only cons are 1) hot water runs out quickly in the shower and 2) it can be loud at night due to a popular restaurant. But we were very happy and would stay again!

We loved this property and its location. It was large enough for four of us to be comfortable, clean and well-kept, and so so charming. There were clean towels, supplies for bathroom and kitchen, a tv and a lovely selection of Paris guides and books on the shelves. The wooden beam ceiling and sliding doors added to its charm. It felt very very Parisian and we were there for it! We had great communication with hosts but did have to wait 45 minutes after our arrival for our point person to arrive with the keys. We had to stand outside with luggage, so this might have been smoother, though we understand it must be difficult to coordinate with arriving guests. Our point person did not speak English but we communicated very well through Google Translate. It would have been very helpful to have a set of instructions in writing- it is hard to remember everything after a long day of international travel. There was a fair bit of chatter from the crowds lining up downstairs at the falafel restaurant. We didn’t mind this at all but if noise bothers you then you may want to keep this in mind. It was also incredibly hot. We tried plugging in the fan but couldn’t get it to work, so it did get stuffy with windows closed. Keep in mind if travelling in summer. Opening windows at night was great and a lovely breeze cooled us down. Location is fantastic. A 4-min walk to Saint Paul metro station. The Marais is so lovely. Overall- we loved it here, A++ would def stay again!

Great stay. Highly recommend.

Apartment was clean, functional and nicely decorated. Location was unbeatable. Sofabed could use an upgrade but my 12 and 14 year olds slept comfortably.

A good few days in a good apartment. It does need decorating, refreshing, but this didn't prevent our stay in Paris being what we expected
