A QUIET BUNGALOW IN THE HEART OF TOWN

THE SMALL PAVILION
Hello,
We will be very happy to welcome you.
Your house is private and independent in a large courtyard. It has a large first floor with kitchen/dining room, a large living room, four bedrooms (2 on the courtyard (140 beds), 2 indoors (160 beds)), a small bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, three bedrooms (160 beds) and a large bathroom. A total of 14 people (including children) can stay there (extra charge beyond that).
Outside, a dedicated area allows, when the weather permits, to have lunch or dinner outside. For smokers, please use it (no smoking inside).
Access is easy. None of them work from the street or the courtyard.
Arrivals are after 3pm and before 9pm. Departures are before 11am.
LATE ARRIVAL
For security reasons we cannot leave the keys available. Therefore we charge 50€ for late arrival after 10pm.
OTHER
We provide, bed linen and towels (2 per bed), and, for your arrival, toilet paper and soap; it's up to you to complete it later.
For long-term rentals (>7 nights), we provide new linen every week and take back the old one (cleaning is optional for a fee).
There is a washing machine on site, and a laundromat is around the corner.
Breakfast is not included (an excellent bakery is just around the corner).
The garbage cans are in the courtyard near the gate.
Parties and parties are not allowed (neighborhood problem).
For smokers, the courtyard is at their disposal. Please refrain from inside please
PARKING
Depending on availability, parking is available in the courtyard (2 cars max. <4.5m). Although the courtyard is closed, the parking is under the responsibility of the owner. An electric terminal (for a fee) is available.
TRANSPORT: 2 metro stations are nearby (line 7, station 4 Chemins (Aubervilliers/Pantin), and line 12, (Mairie d'Aubervilliers or Aimé Césaire). It is possible on foot (600m and 1000/800m) or by bus around the corner (150 and 170 in 3' and 5').
ENERGY CRISIS
France and Europe are experiencing an energy crisis that results in very high prices and possibly power and gas cuts. The government recommends limiting the temperature to 19° C (66F). We are grateful if you could turn off the lights when you leave and limit the heating to what is strictly necessary.

On the second floor, 3 bedrooms (beds king size) and a large bathroom. In fine, this house can accommodate 14 people including children (extra cost if more).
Outside you can dine or have lunch, if the weather allows, in a private space. (for smokers (please no smoking inside)).
Access is easy (direct from the street through a coded door). No step.
Arrivals are after 3pm and before 9pm. Departures before 11 am.
