After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, the guest will be fully responsible for the costs.

We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will apply, in addition to postage costs.

Any key loss or misplacement between 10 AM and 8 PM will incur a €50 fee.
After 8 PM, assistance is not guaranteed and will be subject to an additional surcharge.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, all costs will be entirely at their expense.

We accept no responsibility for any items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests shipping, a €50 handling fee will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.
