Close to Paris and the Bois de Vincennes, a modern and Scandinavian style apartment completely renovated and up to standards awaits you to spend a stay far from the hustle and bustle and pollution, in a luxury residence.
Accommodation
Near the Parc Floral
If you come from a Parisian airport (Charles de Gaulle or Orly) it takes about 30 minutes by car depending on the state of the traffic.
If you arrive by the Euro star at the Gare du Nord, the RER will take you to Nogent in less than 15 minutes then the train station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. You will feel right at home and I will remain at your disposal throughout the stay. The bed is modular and I can adapt it to the configuration of your stay according to the number of people and baby.

The fully equipped American kitchen with the following elements: Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, hood, microwave oven, washer/dryer and full crockery.
In the living room a flat screen TV with DVD player and satellite and foreign channels await you.
In the living room a sofa "click-clack" 2 places children to occupy the apartment for 5 people, bay window with electric shutter.
Bedroom 1, with 1 queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) equipped with a duvet and 2 pillows, (duvet cover, sheets, pillowcases provided) a closet, roller shutters
Bedroom 2 a sofa bed of 140 X 200 cm with a 17 cm Dunlopillo mattress with duvet and 2 pillows (duvet cover, sheets, pillowcases provided), glass roof with blackout shutter.
Bathroom with bath, sink, mirror, hairdryer, full towels and welcome products
Separate WC. Building with secure access by intercom.

In order to make your stay as pleasant and unforgettable as possible, you will have access to a free high-speed Wi-Fi connection, capsules for Nespresso machines offered on arrival and various advertising documents on the charming city of Nogent and of course the capital Paris.
Quality towels and duvets are provided
Access to the closed and private garage is possible at a rate of 10€ per night.

In order to improve your stay, I will remain available to answer all your questions about the apartment and also to enlighten you on the things to discover in Nogent and Paris.

The person who validated the reservation must be of legal age and present at the time of the handover of the keys and the inventory.
The The number of occupants must not exceed the one indicated at the time of booking. We reserve a right of way in order to avoid any abuse.
The rental is concluded on a temporary and pleasure basis.
The apartment is in a residential condominium, with families and working people, their tranquility must be respected, no breach of this rule will be tolerated.
It is imperative not to speak loudly, run or shout within the building.
It is essential not to damage the common areas with your suitcases when arriving or leaving.
It is forbidden to organize any party or birthday or to invite a large number of people.
Any failure to do so may result in the police coming and the immediate end of the rental, which is obviously not refunded
The law requires that any harmful noise considered as a disturbance of the neighborhood or nocturnal disturbance be reprimanded by a fine of 450€ payable by the tenant occupying the apartment at the time of the facts.
The apartment is non-smoking, however you can smoke on the terrace by taking care to deposit your cigarette butts in the ashtray.
The apartment must be left as it is arranged, furniture, beds and tables must not be moved.
The dishes must be washed and stored outside the dishwasher, the bins must be regularly lowered to the 1st basement and deposited in the green containers located in the garbage room. No garbage cans should be stored on the terrace.
Cleaning: floors, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, dish towels, towels and bath towels are taken care of by our cleaning staff.
Any material deterioration: Furniture, beds, crockery, curtains, walls, etc.will be paid by the tenant according to the inventory price base.
On the day of departure, the garbage cans must be emptied and taken down to the 1st basement in the garbage dump room, the refrigerator and the dishwasher must be emptied and the clean dishes put away.
If the apartment is left in a state of dirt and disorder requiring additional cleaning hours, a flat rate of 50€ will be charged to the tenant.
For any act mentioned above, the deposit of 500€ will be immediately debited.
