This is a small one bedroom apartment just a few steps from the heart of the legendary Rue Cler pedestrian street made famous by its fresh food shops and Bistros. Here you are midway between the Invalides Museum (where Napoleon I is buried), the Quai Branly Museum for indigenous art and the Champs de Mars park with the Eiffel Tower. This is a high value residential district that is home to many diplomats, French government administrators, and academics from the nearby American University. It has easy access to transportation with the Ecole Militaire metro station and bus lines 69, 80, 28, and 920
The apartment which is on the first level ( second american ) of a XIX century building consists of a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and a table for 2, a bedroom with a hotel quality queen size ( 160cm*200cm or 65*80 inches ) bed, closet, tv and desk and a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. kitchen and bedroom opens with 2 windows on a quiet and large courtyard planted with trees therefore is away from street noise. you can sleep with windows open. both windows close with wooden shutters.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV .

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than or around five minutes) to eiffel tower, museum du quai branly, invalides, rodin museum) . It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the tuileries garden , louvre, champs elysees.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm.

Very clean, cute cozy small apartmemt at excellent location in Paris. Close to everything. 5 min walk to Eiffel Tour. So many nice cafes, shops, and restaurants right by the apartment. The apartment and the building is very old which gives it a vintage character.

We had an absolutely amazing stay!! Olivier was a great host and the apartment was perfect for a couple. Everything was clean, and the decor was so cute! If you stay here definitely take time to walk around the neighborhood and check out the shops.

If the Eiffel Tower is the primary reason for your visit then this is an amazing place to stay. You really are a couple minutes walk from the tower and just outside are amazing places to eat. Easy access to the metro and buses. This is a place to eat and sleep, very quiet. Grocery store around the corner! Although, with what's surrounding you, you might not want to eat in. Our only issue, however small, was the host. He was irritated at us that we took the transit lines someone else suggested. And also upon arrival, corrected us on European terminology of things in the apartment and looked at us confused when we didn't understand immediately that the washer also dried. Us silly north Americans use two appliances to do what this one did. Our bad. We came to Paris for everything outside of this place and this apartment gave us that. We spent 8 hours in it a day and that was to shower and sleep. Perfect for what we wanted.

Nice little apartment, clean, bright and quiet. Washer/ dryer; no stove.The owner was very friendly and it was easy to contact him.Perhaps, a little sofa in the bedroom instead of the table would be a nice addition.The beauty of this apartment is its location; a stone throw to rue Cler, multiple restaurants, food shops of all kinds.

Fab location, Rue Cler markets around the corner. Easy Walk to Metro, Eiffel Tower, d'Orsay, Rodin, other museums. Large bedroom with desk & closet/hangars. Kitchen (with plenty of counter and pantry spaces) was well equipped, we enjoyed eating breakfasts in daily. Medium fridge fit all our food. Windows open onto quiet courtyard. You can sometimes hear neighbors/dog walking above, but never loud enough to wake us. Bed is soft & sags in middle, could use new mattress and/or frame. But we slept very well! Plenty of nice towels, bath mats, bed linens (including cozy puff and an extra blanket). We ran the washer/dryer unit during the day, since it takes about 4.5 hours to cycle. Clothes came out clean and dry, a big plus! We were unable to open the large clothes rack but we used it flat, porpped against wall. Would absolutely love to rent this fabulous place again, but the tiny shower was a dealbreaker, due to its treacherous slippery floor. Bath mat did not suction, & it often slipped. Needs a grab bar & a shelf or caddy for soap, shampoo (none). Soft cloth curtain stuck to our backs during each shower. Thick plastic might be better. Toilet is snug up against left wall, so your left thigh will be pressed against cold tile bathroom wall when using it. Nevertheless, we would tolerate toilet, tiny sink and bathroom, if only shower floor was safer. Sad that we will not return. This apartment is a gem in every other way!

Just a it is advertised, it is quiet, in a great neighborhood, near metro, many shops nearby. Property manager is kind, helpful and bilingual. Quite a well equipped kitchen. Overall, I could not be happier with where I stayed.

Quaint, quiet and centrally located

Great communication with Oliver from the moment I booked the place through my arrival. Oliver met us at the unit with the key, accompanied us into the unit and provided the house rules. The accommdations were great, loved the washer/dryer combo...major plus! Walking distance to the Eiffel and shopping. Would definitely rebook when I visit Paris again. Merci Oliver!

Lovely apartment in a great area

No hesitation in giving 5 stars all round, from the accuracy of listing, to the cleanliness of apartment and friendliness of the apartment owner. Great communication throughout. It was ideal for me traveling solo, but also a couple who were probably not going to be in all day anyway. Great area, Eiffel Tower a short walk away and line 8 metro station just around the corner which has great connections to other metro lines. Area has lots of Cafes and restaurants close by.

Great location

This is a charming little apartment in walkable distance (10 to 15 min) to several things as well as the métro, which we used to go all over Paris on our main day there. We did use G7 app to take a taxi to & from the train station to save time & potential hassle. Communication with the manager was ok, could have been a little warmer. I felt a little like asking a question was an imposition. Also, be aware that this is a rental location which requires some self clean-up before leaving, which always makes me feel like I need to cross every t and dot every i ...It's fine, and I generally leave things clean & straight anyway, but it does make me a little nervous, which kind of spoils some of the vacation vibe. Otherwise, great! I would probably stay here again but my husband was not a big fan of the comfort level of the bed. Too squishy for him.

Quaint and cozy

Perfect Parisian experience, aCozy fit for my husband and I that came equipped with everything we needed. The shower was extremely small, requires a step up into it and literally wide enough to JUST fit my husband inside. The stairs are quite narrow and steep and suitable for the physically healthy and able. We loved it and hope to return again soon.

Loved the location of the apartment and was quiet. Apartment was small but had all the amenities needed. Could use a little refresh, ie….. tiles cracked & broken in the kitchen area and new bath towels. Owner was very communicative through our arrival at the apartment.

Late check-in fee poorly advertised

If checking in late, you will be charged an additional fee. This is not clearly stated in the listing and is only noted in a downloadable rules document, which (potentially due to a VRBO glitch) was not available to me until after I booked the rental. Be aware: if you're planning on arriving late, you will be greeted with a fee!Otherwise, the apartment was as-advertised. Don't ignore the small bathroom and make sure you're okay with it.
