We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.



Rush to this apartment like if you would have just find some a golden treasure. Offering an incredible setup, this spacious apartment is the ideal place for a gateway with some family or friends! Charlie Chaplin would have loved the red tones and the metallic spiral staircase throwing us back to the Modern times. Upstairs, the two elegant bedrooms are decorated with style in a black & white atmosphere.

This loft situated on the one of the secret Passages of Paris in the heart of the Sentier will immediately seduce you. You’ll get to any part of town within a few subway stops but you can easily walk to the Marais where shops, boutiques and museums are patiently waiting for you. And to meet Charlie himself, we heard that he was often at the Grevin Museum.

The room looked exactly as described, which is good. And it's a cute place on a small passage off a main street. The staff at the office were helpful, and we stored our bags for a small fee. However, there was a mouse on the bottom floor, which very nearly ruined the experience. The hose on the fan unit on the ground floor was disconnected, which meant not much cool air and nothing but a vent between the outside and the living room. This could be a nice place, but right now it's a little dirty and needs an exterminator.

Disappointed and Would Not Recommend

At first glance, this seemed like the perfect place to stay in Paris. It’s in a great location—close to everything and very convenient. There were plenty of outlets for our chargers, and the three floors offered lots of space for my two teenage boys. I was initially excited and thought we had found a gem. However, things quickly went downhill. Despite glowing reviews about cleanliness, I was shocked at the condition of the place. The kitchen sink faucet was broken, and we found dirty, used silverware still in the drawer. The bathrooms smelled strongly of urine and were clearly not cleaned properly. The beds were small and uncomfortable, made worse by plastic liners that made it hard to sleep. To top it off, toward the end of our stay, I noticed blood and dirt on one of the blankets—something I only saw when shaking it out. Truly disturbing. But the absolute worst part? There was a mouse in the unit. We took a photo and sent it to the owners. While they responded quickly and sent someone the next day, their solution was to spray rat poison in the apartment.The smell was overwhelming, and with two sensitive boys, my husband and I had to spend our final day in Paris airing out the space just to make it bearable for one more night. The owners did not offer us another place to stay or any compensation. When I reached out to share my concerns, they told me there was nothing they could do and stopped responding altogether. We could have stayed anywhere in Paris, and chose this place
