Our apartment, located on the 4th floor of a beautiful building without an elevator, is ideal for accommodating up to 11 people for a comfortable Parisian stay; It is equipped with wifi, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, Television.



His compact American kitchen is nevertheless perfectly equipped (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle) and will easily allow you to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family.



Sitting around the table or casually on the living room couches, you will share a true moment of conviviality.

Great space and location. Easy communication with host. We did have some difficulties with the link for payment but the host was very helpful and worked with us.

We had an enjoyable time in Paris and the apartment was centrally located to everything we had planned to do in Paris. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Convenient Location

We found the apartment to accurate fairly to listing description and photos. Two bedrooms with a bonus bedroom nook located in the second bedroom that included ensuite. The other bathroom is located just within the apartment which does require you to go down stair from the main apartment. Be warned that the apartment is up several flights of stairs and does require several steps to move around within the apartment. This was not a deal breaker for our family but should be noted for anyone who may find this difficult.

Family holiday

We gathered for Christmas in Paris. This was an excellent location for us though the stairs could be tiring all the way to the top! The staff at urban flat were friendly and helpful. We did have an ongoing issue using the heater. Otherwise an excellent stay and pleasant flat.

Interesting surprise

There was a snafu with the original place that we booked, and the agency arranged for this apartment in the same building as an alternative. Perks are that this apartment was on the 2nd floor and it was bigger than the original place, but it didn't seem to have the same charm as our original place. It could also use more pots and pans and some kitchen towels for cooking meals. Apartment is in an excellent location! It was a bit of a drag to pick up the keys for the apartment at the agency rather than at the apartment itself, and that there was only one set of keys to the apartment for 2 of our families to share, but at least the agency is only a 5-min walk away from the apartment and they stayed open late to help us with key pick up.
