Welcome to this superb, completely renovated studio, ideally located near Notre-Dame! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to four travelers.

Great central location. Apartment was clean and had most of what we needed for a week long stay but it was much more run down than the pictures indicate. (Staged photos). Sofa bed was a sufficient size for two adults and was comfortable. Out the window, there’s even a small view of the Seine! Be aware there is a narrow spiral staircase of 57 stairs. Warning: look up reviews of the management company before booking. Would never stay in a property they manage again. Difficult to communicate with, automated responses, multiple platforms that didn’t interface , they took full payment early (despite the VRBO payment plan); extremely complicated process for check-in and a track record of not returning security deposits . There is no direct contact with the owner.

Difficulty with arrival and asking to store luggage. Also, the apartment only has one exit and if there was ever a fire or event which required an emergency exit, it would be next to impossible. Not a good choice to stay if you are claustrophobic or concerned about fire alarms. Also, it took literally MONTHS to get our security deposit back despite a very positive inspection and turnover that same day! One positive note is that the location of the apartment was excellent.

Nice clean apartment in a perfect location for walking around and exploring Paris. Close to metro stations and major landmarks. Neighborhood and street have a lot of restaurants and things to check out, which was great, but it was super super loud until about 2 or 3 am on weekend nights. Apartment had fully stocked kitchen with microwave and a small fridge. Fair warning that the unit is up 3 flights of pretty narrow spiral stairs. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The apartment had character, was very clean with plenty of room for myself and my friend. The bathroom was modernized and quite lovely.The location was wonderful, so close to the Seine. Lots of shops nearby and our street had so many great restaurants and bakeries to choose from!It is a 3rd floor walk up, which may not be ideal for some older travellers, but we managed quite well. I enjoyed being able to look out of the large window every night and see what was going on down below on our street.

We had a fantastic time staying in this centrally located apartment in Paris. As a family of four with two young children (ages 9 and 3), the space was perfect for us. The apartment had everything we needed - even a washing machine, which was very convenient during our stay.
One of the highlights for the kids was having access to Netflix - it also made our evenings so much more relaxing after long days of exploring the city. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, and we felt very well taken care of.
We would highly recommend this apartment to other families or couples looking for a centrally located and comfortable apartment.

Perfect Location
We loved the area of the flat, and it was very clean. The leasing company quickly answered any questions, and the check-in procedure was easy. A couple of items could be improved. The pictures showed shampoo, but the only toiletries provided were two tiny hotel soaps. We had to find a store to buy shampoo and body wash. We also had to buy toilet paper as only two rolls were provided for our 8-day stay. We received only one towel per person for our stay, but were not given any laundry detergent to wash the towels. Overall, we loved the apartment, but would have liked some additional basic amenities. I would book this flat again, but would try to pack some necessary items.
