The Space:

Welcome to this superb, completely renovated studio, ideally located near Notre-Dame! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to four travelers.



The studio includes:

• A living space: equipped with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people, a Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) for two people, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• An open equipped kitchen: hotplates, microwave, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: ideal for enjoying your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower and toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The studio also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a traditional coffee or chocolate at iconic spots like Le Café de Buci, Les Deux Magots or Café de Flore — all must-sees for an authentic Parisian experience! For lunch or dinner, Le Procope, the oldest café-restaurant in Paris, offers a historic atmosphere, or opt for a friendly break at Polidor, a classic bistro loved for generations. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time starts at 2:00 PM.

Check-out Time: 10:00 AM at the latest.

Early Check-in or Late Check-out: Availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

Concierge Service: You will be provided with the contact details of an agent who will hand over the keys and answer any questions regarding the apartment and the neighborhood.



Security Deposit

A security deposit of €250 is required, payable exclusively online by credit card via SWIKLY. The deposit will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, provided there are no damages.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Rules and Responsibilities

Respect the quietness of the neighborhood: Excessive noise may result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Please note that building maintenance work may occur, and we cannot be held responsible for any disturbances.

Use the internet connection responsibly. Any illegal activities are prohibited, and we are not responsible for any potential connection issues.



Reservation Conditions

Minimum Age Requirement: 21 years. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the age requirement. Otherwise, access to the property will be denied, with no refund.
