On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with fireplace, multiple lounge and dining spaces, and a fully equipped open kitchen leading directly onto the terrace. There is also a bedroom with direct terrace access, featuring an en-suite bathroom with shower and double sink, offering privacy and comfort.
