In the midst of the bustle of the 17th arrondissement, on the ground floor of a typically Haussmannian residential building, this home stands out as a secluded hideaway. With its large private courtyard acting as its pièce de resistance, enjoy al fresco dining in the Parisian sun or venture out and explore the new trendy restaurants dotting the area.

LIVING & DINING AREA
With its thematic shades of yellow and orange, cosy lighting and open and airy feel, this space evokes the warmth and comfort of a sunny spring day. Its wicker light fittings and timber furnishings bring a grounded feel to the lounge, while the small dining table provides an opportunity for intimate togetherness.

GARDEN TERRACE
In an arrondissement known for its density, a private courtyard this large and enchanting is a true treasure. Enjoy tapas and a glass of wine around the table or sink into the lounging chairs with a book and enjoy the sun.

KITCHEN
Adjacent to the living area, a pleasingly contrasting burst of green brings an arresting vitality to the kitchen. Fitted with all the required amenities to bring your al fresco vision to life, the L-shaped space is pleasing to the eye while not diverting attention from the standout living space.

BEDROOMS
Where the living space is a flurry of colour, the principal bedroom opts for a pared-back feel perfect for rest and relaxation. A palette of blues adornes the spacious family bathroom, which features a bath with an overhead shower and wash basin. While the principal bedroom flows seamlessly into its en-suite complete with shower and wash basin. A separate toilet can as well be found in the apartment.
