2-room apartment (23 m²) on the 3rd floor overlooking a quiet courtyard. There is no elevator in the building. The kitchen is in the main room and is equipped with a 2-burner electric hob, an oven, and a small refrigerator. A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, towel warmer, washing machine, and all towels are provided. Linens are provided. Electric heating. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Near the apartment, you will find grocery stores, one of the best cheese shops in Paris, restaurants, brasseries, a fish market, two organic shops, ice cream parlors, chocolate shops, and cafes. The metro is a 5-minute walk away. It's the ideal location for discovering Paris: a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, a 15-minute bus ride to the Montparnasse Tower and the Champs-Élysées (direct bus), and a 15-minute walk to the banks of the Seine and the RER C train line for visiting the Palace of Versailles, the Luxembourg Gardens, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre Museum, and the Musée d'Orsay (direct bus).
