Come and stay at my thoughtfully design apartment suitable for up to 4 guests. My apartment is suited in the heart of the Latin Quarter, which means you will have unlimited options of places to visit and see. I have recently renovated my apartment to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Please note that the keys have to be collected from a store that is 12 minutes away from the property by foot (800 m). Upon checkout, you will have to drop off the keys at the same address.

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is the perfect base for exploring Paris. Just a few minutes' walk from iconic landmarks like the Seine River, the Panthéon, Notre-Dame de Paris, and the Luxembourg Gardens, you'll be in the heart of the city. The Saint-Michel and Odéon metro stations are within 100 yards, providing easy access to the entire city.

For your daily needs, you'll find a variety of shops nearby, including a 24-hour bakery, a fresh fruit and vegetable shop, and the Saint Germain des Prés market. Situated in the prestigious fashion district of Saint-Germain, the neighborhood is both artistic and lively, with numerous cafés, restaurants, art galleries, bookstores, and cinemas, many of which screen films in their original English.

Located in the 6th arrondissement, Saint-Germain des Prés in the Latin Quarter was once the haunt of artists and intellectuals and is now a vibrant area popular with students. The neighborhood boasts high-end shops, art galleries, restaurants, and movie theaters, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Getting Around:
You can easily reach the apartment by rail from both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. Numerous bus lines provide convenient access to all parts of Paris. Additionally, three public parking lots are located within 50 to 300 meters of the apartment

Other Things to Note:
We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Noise level: With regard to noise, unfortunately, we cannot control neighborhood noise but we always encourage our guests to contact us so that we can intervene if necessary.

Please be aware that you are legally required to pay the city tax amount of a maximum 2.88€ per night and per guests over 18 as part of the French regulation.

Small place but great location - process for keys made it not worth it

Apartment was small but clean. Location is awesome. BUT - the process for picking up keys and dropping them off is a nightmare! Have to walk 20 minutes or drive 30 (traffic in area is horrible) to pick up and drop off keys! Get a lockbox! And they dont tell you there is zero parking except 10 blocks away that costs 60E a night.

Good location, drawbacks however.

Master bedroom door does not close - bottom needs to be shaved. Bathroom door handle mechanism needs to be repaired. Will not close securely. Mouse living in apartment, possibly under couch which is very dirty. Charged full price for new ceramic teapot (50 Euro) due to chip inside lid of well-used old pot. Key pick-up and drop off process a pain. Told we had to vacate by 9 am on last day though other documents from rental company clearly stated 11 am.

do not rent this piece of crap place.

The photos are misleading. the place is not what it appears. upon entering you smell the mold stench through the apartment. the sheets were dirty and damp which made for a horrible nights sleep. the pillows were flat and they gave you 1 and also had no blankets. the bathroom light was blinking on and off nonstop, like you were in a horror movie. the worst thing was picking up the key blocks away in a grocery store and wanting me to drop off the keys 11 miles away with no car. this is by far the dirtiest, worst experience i’ve ever had. please do not rent this place. hear what i’m saying… protect your family and stay in a hotel. the french people do not give a crap.

Very adequate

Good amount of space, great to have 2 separate bedrooms at this price point - especially with 2 single beds in the 2nd. Plenty of towels. Kitchen stocked well with pots etc. Some things in the apartment needed to be repaired/replaced. Such as, towel rack in bathroom was almost completely falling out of the wall all. Plugs on fans were bent they almost didn’t fit into the electrical outlets. Kitchen cabinet door fell off, not screwed into anything just balancing there. Some pot lights were burnt out. Also the apartment smelled very damp every time we returned after a day out. Being a ground floor unit, not a ton of sunlight entered the space but we were only there to sleep so not much of a problem. Cute little courtyard with good security measures, felt very safe. Was a decent little place and was very adequate, however would probably try and find a place in better shape next time.

Closer Nest for keys, not clean when we arrived, only 1 set of keys, no instructions for washer/dryer, blinds were extremely dusty (old dust) and mostly broken. Didn’t use dishwasher, stove, stereo or tv so don’t know if they worked. Refrigerator was clean. 2 floor planks lifting up caused tripping. Getting code # challenging, cleaning lady had her own keys. Quiet and felt very safe, good walking area close to many sites, good restaurants and take away food places.

2 semaines de rêve à Paris

Emplacement de rêve, près de tous les sites à visiter. Très facile d'accès pour les transports en commun, épiceries, cafés, bistros, etc. Communications efficaces et rapides avec l'hôte. Appartement très sécuritaire et tranquille dans ce beau quartier animé. Un séjour formidable !

Quasi perfetto

Le camere sono molto piccole, quella con i due letti singoli ha solo una piccola finestra che non dà sull'esterno, ma sulla camera matrimoniale. In questo momento il pavimento dell'ingresso soggiorno presenta delle protuberanze dovute ad una precedente perdita d'acqua. La pulizia dei pavimenti era scadente, ma il bagno era invece pulito, come pure la zona cucina. Letti comodi e biancheria pulita. Per il resto: una meraviglia! Posizione eccezionale, acqua calda, riscaldamento all'occorrenza, attrezzatura completa per cucinare, ambiente silenzioso. Siamo stati veramente bene!

Excellent location

This property is located in the Latin Quarter near major sites and lots of cafes. It is just a couple of blocks to the Seine and the bridge crossing over to Notre Dame. Also close to St. Germaine, Luxembourg Gardens, the Pantheon and the Sorbonne. We walked to the Louvre and the D'Orsay. The metro is close as well. The apartment itself is nothing special. It is small with barely enough room to put your suitcases on the floor in the bedrooms. There are no closets, just a clothes rack in the living area and some cupboards and drawers also in the living area. The step off the kitchen into the living room is a little treacherous. When we arrived, the dirty linens were still in the cupboard and one bed did not have a sheet or pillow case. We contacted the owner and someone came to pick up the dirty laundry bag and bring clean linens. The shower has some mold in the grout that it seems could be cleaned, and there was dirt around the edges of the floor. Not the best cleaning effort, to be sure. But we didn't spend much time there except to sleep, so the great location made up for everything else. We have American expectations, I guess, for this much money. It was nice having a washer/dryer except we couldn't get the dryer to work.

Good location, marginal accommodations. Nice bath facilities, except for easily removed shower mold and drain backup. Many electrical issues..bulbs out..switches that did not always work. Key drop personnel were extremely unhelpful had to guess how to open door and gate.

Lovely Location

My sister, son, daughter-in-law, and I stayed here for 8 days. The location was perfect and the security was excellent. We were very pleased with the place, but wished that the dryer worked better (we had to hang our clothes up and turn the fans on them to get them dry). That being said, I would stay here again!

Delightful Bijoux Apartment…..live like a local

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We love the area as it so close on foot to a lot of historical places and very close ( about 4 mins) to 2 metro stations to travel further afield. Kitchen well equipped….no oven, but elements and microwave…and who wants to spend their holiday in the kitchen. The shower was exceptional…rain head with hand held …plant of pressure and hot water.

Fabulous location!

We traveled with two adults and two young adults. The location was fantastic! The surrounding area was bustling morning to late night. The proximity to the metro, restaurants, night life, the Seine, and tourist attractions was unbeatable. The property felt safe and was nestled in a courtyard therefore it was quiet despite the bustling activities just steps from the front door. The downfall to this property was the cleanliness. If you require a meticulous kept property, this is NOT for you. If you do not mind overlooking a bit of grime for an apartment in the heart if Paris that comfortably sleeps 4 people than book it.

Location was great. Unit comfortable for 2 adults. While apartment has 2 bedrooms, I think more than 2 adults in unit would be difficult. Bedrooms are small, small sofa in living room only furniture besides stools & bistro chairs.

Great location, not so great property

The location is phenomenal. The neighborhood in the 6th was everything I’d hoped for. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Notre Dame and about a 12 minute walk from the Louvre. Unfortunately we did not love the apartment itself. It felt small and cramped, warm and musty. There was no toilet paper or soap upon arrival. The refrigerator was unplugged and the ice box melted and water leaked onto the floor. I could overlook all of that but the worst part is that it has a terrible odor of cat urine. The awful odor made returning to the apartment very unpleasant. Overall, the price was low for the area. If you are only looking for a place to sleep and don’t plan to be there much, maybe this will work for you. Communication from the property management company was good.
