Welcome to Suite Tolé, a modern and carefully designed apartment offering generous volumes and a layout perfectly suited for up to 4 guests.

The living area features a spacious lounge with a double sofa bed, ideal for relaxing or spending time together. A dining area with TV completes the space, making it well suited for shared meals or occasional remote work.

The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped, designed for everyday use whether preparing breakfast or enjoying home-cooked meals.

The separate bedroom includes a comfortable double bed with quality bedding, providing a calm and restful space distinct from the living area. An armchair and mirror complete the room, adding both comfort and practicality.

The bathroom stands out for its generous size. Particularly spacious, it is equipped with a shower and a vanity unit, offering a truly comfortable setting.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom, an appreciated feature for daily comfort.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the ground floor and is reached from the back of the building, past the rubbish bins, which sometimes need to be moved to open the door. If a neat entrance matters to you, please take this into account.
* The apartment gets little natural light: the glazed front door opens onto the courtyard, and the only window that opens looks onto a small inner light well, which limits ventilation. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will have 49 m² (527 sq ft), recently renovated, between Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord and steps from the metro, with a separate bedroom, a large bathroom, a separate toilet, an equipped open kitchen and a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely reserved for guests. You will have full and exclusive access to the entire property.

Check-in is fully self-service thanks to a detailed arrival guide available 24/7.
