The living room, filled with natural light, features a comfortable double bed and a quality double sofa bed. You’ll also find a TV and a dining table for shared meals or relaxing after a day of exploring.

The modern kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a stovetop, a steam oven, a refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, and all the dishes you need to prepare meals just like at home.

The bathroom is functional and includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and essentials (shower gel, shampoo, towels).

Additional amenities: Washing machine, Dishwasher, Iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for every guest.

Additional information: The studio is located on the first floor of a secure building without elevator.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio has no conventional oven. The kitchen appliance is a steam oven that does not go above 100 °C and cannot bake a pizza, a gratin or pastries, which matters for guests who plan to cook.
* At 35 m² (377 sq ft), the studio is ideal for two. With four guests, the double sofa bed is unfolded in the same room as the double bed and there is little space to move around, which is tight for four adults.

On the plus side, you will be in the centre of Vincennes, in a quiet area full of shops and restaurants, a few minutes' walk from Château de Vincennes metro station (line 1) and the RER A, in an air-conditioned studio with a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The entire accommodation is reserved for your use, so you can enjoy a stay in complete privacy and independence.

Check-in is fully autonomous thanks to an arrival guide that will be sent to you via message 24 hours before your arrival.
