Enjoy a comfortable stay in this welcoming studio, thoughtfully designed for two guests in a typically Parisian setting. Daily housekeeping is included, as well as a dedicated team available throughout your stay to assist you.

The living area features a cozy lounge space with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a television. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing or enjoy a meal together.

The functional kitchenette is equipped with a cooktop, microwave, and a Nespresso machine. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided for your moments of relaxation.

The modern bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A welcome kit with shower gel and shampoo is also provided.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* At 10 m² (108 sq ft), the studio is very small: once the sofa bed is open, it takes up almost the whole room and there is hardly any space left for a suitcase. It is ideal for one person; for two, you need to travel light and be comfortable in a very small space.
* The shower room is very small and directly adjoins the sleeping area: for two guests, privacy is limited.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be in a quiet part of the 17th arrondissement, a 2-minute walk from Pereire metro station (line 3), in an air-conditioned studio with an equipped kitchenette, daily housekeeping included, and a washing machine and dryer available in the building.

Housekeeping is provided every day between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., without linen replacement, only if the door hanger in your room is placed on the outside door handle before 4 p.m.
Linen changes can be arranged on request, at an additional cost. Additional services can also be provided, such as taxi or breakfast reservations.

Additional amenities include an iron, TV, Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels supplied for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. In the basement, to the right as you exit the elevator, there is a washing machine and dryer available for your use. Please use these between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. so as not to disturb the neighbors.
