On the plus side, you will be in the Marais, close to Arts et Métiers and Réaumur-Sébastopol metro stations, in a 45 m² (484 sq ft) apartment with one bedroom and two double sofa beds in the living room, on a quiet street.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
