Living room: A cosy space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Kitchen: A kitchenette with hob, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso machine with capsules, sugar and tea.

Master bedroom: One bedroom with double bed.

Bathroom: Kit with shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer, washing machine and WC.

Additional amenities: Wi-Fi included, iron, bed linen and towels provided.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure building with elevator.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The bathroom and toilet are reached through the bedroom: guests sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room have to go through the bedroom, including at night. If you are a group of friends, please take this into account.
* The street is lively in the evening, with many restaurants and bars: the activity can be heard from the apartment in the evening. If you are a light sleeper, please take this into account.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
* At 35 m² (377 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two or three. With four guests, two sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and space becomes tight.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be a 2-minute walk from Place de Clichy metro station (lines 2 and 13), close to Montmartre and Batignolles, on the 1st floor with a lift, with a separate bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchenette and a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
