Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment equipped for your needs:

Living room: An inviting space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table for convivial moments.

Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine.

Bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed and one small bedroom with a fold-down bed, quality bed linen provided.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilets: One toilet in the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the 1st floor with no lift and is reached by a steep staircase: you will need to climb it on foot, luggage included. It is not suitable for elderly guests, guests with reduced mobility or young children, and takes some effort with large suitcases.
* The second bedroom is very small: its fold-down bed, once opened, takes up almost the whole room and you have to climb over it to move around. It suits children or teenagers, much less two adults.
* The apartment has a single toilet, in the upstairs bathroom. The second shower room, small and without a toilet, is on the lower level. With five or six guests, you will need to take turns, especially in the morning.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned: it can get hot in summer during heatwaves. If you are sensitive to heat and travelling in midsummer, please take this into account.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will have 75 m² in the Marais (3rd arrondissement), in a quiet spot at the back of a courtyard, a 5-minute walk from Filles du Calvaire (line 8) and Temple (line 3) metro stations, with two bedrooms, an equipped open kitchen and a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
