Magnificent apartment completely renovated. My accommodation combines modernity thanks to its equipment and its decoration with the Parisian charm of its exposed stone wall. Located in the center of the Marais, a stone's throw from rue Vieille du Temple and rue des Rosiers, its shops, cafes and restaurants, Beaubourg

The Space:
58 m2 apartment on the 1st floor with elevator which includes:

- Living room with sofa bed
- 1 table with chairs, Smart TV, Wifi
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine,)
- 2 Bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.

Guest Access:
Travelers have access to the entire apartment. Please do not leave your luggage in the elevator without your presence.

The Neighborhood:
The flat is located in the heart of the Marais, between rue Vieille du Temple and rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie. You will be able to stroll through the district as far as the Place de la Bastille, discovering its typical streets and tree-lined squares. In a few minutes you will discover two very different Parisian atmospheres, one very authentic with its pedestrian streets, its bars and its sharp shops, the other popular and lively with its numerous bars and restaurants.
A real trip to the heart of Paris, with the Town Hall with its exceptional architecture, the romantic Place des Vosges or the famous Picasso Museum.
Going up the rue Vieille du Temple, you can discover the covered market of the Enfants Rouges which is located on the rue de Bretagne, a real meeting place for Parisians.
You will be able to taste the best falafels in Paris, located on rue des Rosiers, such as l'As du Falafel.
Fashion lovers will be delighted. The Marais is full of fashion and accessory shops, it is undoubtedly one of the best areas for your shopping sprees!

Wonderful property and a great location! We struggled a bit with the check in process but I think we aren’t used to VRBO check in’s, this was our first one. Great communication by the property manager and have nothing negative to say!

Great location

Nice apartment in a great area of Paris. However, it advertise 2 bathrooms, second bathroom was a tiny shower with a small sink. It also advertised a washer and dryer only a washer machine no dryer. Instructions to find key to open the apartment was unclear had to contact the property manager for assistance. Also building was going through maintenance no lights in the hallway and 2 days the building had no power. Property manager did not inform us of the building maintenance.

Overall, I was ok with the stay. When I initially saw the advertisement, I read it had 2 bathrooms. Which it only has 2 showers/sinks, but only 1 toilet. The master bathroom has only one sink and a shower with no privacy (no curtain.). So, I had to leave the bedroom everytime my friend wanted to shower. The check in was a nightmare, as we had problems opening the main front door (we waited for someone to come out as we didn't see any instructions upon entering from the street. Once inside, we had problems with the lock box. It wouldn't open after many many attempts for the passcode. We tried to reach the management, but they would not come and help us. After 25 minutes, we finally were able to open up the lock box and retrieve the keys. I was very sad that the management was not available to help. I would not stay here again.
