We had such a lovely stay here! The apartment was spacious and sunny. The beds and towels were great! Nicholas thought of everything: water, wine, champagne (we stayed over New Year's), makeup wipes, shampoo and conditioner, a book detailing all instructions and how to use all the appliances...even a Christmas tree! The balcony was really nice (would be amazing in warmer weather). Andrea was helpful checking us in and right on time. She even sent us some recommendations for eating and taxi. We loved The Second Empire down the street for pizza and chicken when we needed a break from French cuisine. It was helpful to also have a Starbucks on the block (we did linger in cafes, but it came in handy those first days of jet lag!). We felt the location was really convenient to areas we wanted to see (Le Marais boutiques, Notre Dame, Il Ste Louis, Saint Germain, the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Musee de L'Orangerie). Most places were within a 30 min walk from the apartment, but there are also bus and metro nearby to get to other areas (Opera, Montmartre). Would happily stay here again!

Place matched the online description. A large unit in Paris, which was great. Two big beds, two large bathrooms, and a full size pull out couch. The kitchen was great and had all the basic amenities for meals - utensils, stove top, oven, microwave, two ways to make coffee. Only item lacking was useable ice trays, but this can be easily fixed. We loved the entertainment systems and fhe balcony was awesome for morning sunrises, pictures of the top of Notre Dame and watch the elementary school across the street. Two security doors to enter the building and a solid door to the unit. A small safe inside the unit was a nice touch. The unit is very close to metro system. The Les Halles train station is a 7 min walk, so a 13/pp direct ride from CDG on RER B was perfect. The outside street is more gritty, but you very close to Notre Dame and La Marais. Loved the place and location. Would definitely stay again and the communication with the host was excellent. Tres Bien!

What an incredible visit! Beautiful apartment which was comfortable and luxurious. Amazing attention to details made it such a wonderful experience. Great communication and easy check in/check out. Conveniently located close to restaurants, metro and Notre Dame. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if there in the future!

Really great location near le Marais and lovely property. Views of Notre Dame from the balcony are great. Clean modern and lots of coffee. Only feedback would be to trim the bushes/trees on the balcony! Highly recommend.

The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. Two separate full baths with high quality shampoo and body gel, fresh towels, power adapters, a kitchen stocked with plenty of nespresso capsules and tea, kettle, and starter bottles of still and sparkling water, and a red wine. There were clear instructions on how to operate the AC, washer/Dryer, microwave and oven. There was a very good iron/steamer with ironing board that we needed. Close to the metro line, cafes and bakeries, we lacked for nothing. The balcony was a total bonus. The host was super communicative - responding promptly to any questions and had great suggestions for activities and restaurants. We would love to return to the apartment next time we are in Paris. Thanks to the host for a wonderful stay in a clean, airy and beautifully maintained apartment.

We were met at the apartment, which made check in super easy. The apartment was nice and large with a nice outdoor area. Great kitchen to cook in. Comfy beds and great water pressure. A/c worked beautifully, as did the elevator. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Communication was clear and prompt and our onsite contact, Andrea, was extremely helpful and kind. The unit had beautiful natural lighting and powerful, very appreciated, AC. The location was super convenient to the metro and train stations. Highly recommend.

5th Floor Gem in the Marais

Lovely 5th floor apartment with balcony and distant views of Notre Dame located in the Marais. Elevator and air conditioning too! Apartment is fully equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Great communication through the rental process online and Andrea met us at the door for check in. Loved the welcome box from Laduree! Close proximity to the metro, restaurant and shops. Great location and wonderful hosts. Hosts were in constant communication for our stay and check-in was easy and seamless. We were given some nice gifts and good advice regarding places to eat and visit. Home was very clean and plenty of room for the two of us.

Great location

Our group of 4 adults spent a week here—there is a wonderful view of the towers of Notre Dame from the balcony. There are many restaurants and bakeries nearby. The elevator makes it easy to carry luggage up to the 5th floor. The espresso machine (with pods furnished) is nice, and we enjoyed having a washer/dryer on premises. The host make check-in so easy and responded quickly to our requests.

First Class

From the moment we walked through the door for the 1st time until the time we left, there wasn’t another could have been better. Nicholas communicated thoroughly prior to check in and a very hospitable young lady was there to greet us when we arrived. The accommodations & location were top notch and if I visit Paris again I will definitely stay here.

We had an amazing time for a long weekend in Paris. This is a perfect location, tons of shopping around. 5-10 minute walk to Notre Dame. The manager was incredibly responsive and welcomed us upon arrival.
