- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, crockery and cutlery
- Bedroom with comfortable queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space

The flat benefits from plenty of natural light and an unobstructed view, guaranteeing peace and privacy.

Ideally located in the 1ᵉʳ arrondissement, you are close to the iconic sites of Paris: Palais Royal, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries, Place de la Madeleine and much more. Shops, restaurants and transport are within easy reach.
