Everything you’d need in Paris!

We loved our stay. It was clean, comfortable and incredibly spacious. There are lockers outside of the apartment to drop luggage prior to check in. The property owner was responsive and prompt. The apartment is steps from the metro station. I would definitely stay here again.

Great rental for our group!

Loved our stay! Perfect apartment rental for our group of 9 (2 families that included older teen/adult kids). Included all the essentials and location had great metro access, restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries. Maitis and Jerome were great hosts. Highly recommend.

Large apartment near Pere Lachaise

The property is well managed. The kitchen is well supplied and everything in the house works. The location so close to a Metro stop, makes transportation very easy. The management responded very quickly to our questions. all was pretty much flawless.

Paris getaway

The property was great - as described and very clean. Great for our large group of 12, and very convenient with the metro on the corner. In walking distance to bastille, where we found nice restaurants, and our kids (20’s) found some good night life. The corner store had everything we could need. Easy process overall - the owners were very easy to communicate with.

Great Location!

Would recommend this place if you have a large group. Metro station just outside the door and grocery store within a few feet. Apartment was clean with enough room for all of us to feel we had our own space if needed. I would rent again.

Better than pictures

The place surpasses expectations. It’s much larger than the pictures make it look. We had a group of 8 and never felt crowded. It is beautifully decorated and maintained. It’s right by a metro stop that makes it really easy to get around. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. We really loved our stay and can’t say enough good things about the place.

Would happily book again

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our group of eight, who traveled to Paris to celebrate my 40th birthday. The place is gorgeously and thoughtfully designed, right down to the outlets at every bunk in the first floor bedroom. It is very spacious, so we could hang out on the main level but also escape to our own spaces -- we never felt on top of each other. We loved having the grocery store downstairs and being on the same block as a Metro station. Plenty of boulangeries and cafes within walking distance, too! The hosts also left very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The apartment may be outside the city center, but it's a fabulous choice if you have a large group and don't mind a few extra stops on public transportation. Thank you for setting a beautiful stage for our trip to Paris, Maitis and Jerome!

I thought the photos online were just wide angle photos, but the property is actually REALLY quite spacious. Kitchen is well appointed (first VRBO I've stayed at where the knives weren't dull as a spoon), air conditioning was a HUGE plus given the late-July heat, and the market and Metro stop almost literally next door were incredibly convenient. Check in was super easy, and I particularly appreciate the lockbox; with multiple groups in our family, no one had to be responsible for they keys (we could each just use the lockbox). Highly recommend!

Perfect for 9 women

A group of 9 women stayed for 5 nights in May, 2022. The apartment is exactly as it appears in photos. It was clean and well maintained. We loved hanging around the table, plenty of room for all of us. It was so convenient to have a Casino grocery right next door. It was a little farther from the city center that I had wanted, but the location worked out perfectly. There is a metro right at the corner, and it is just over a mile to walk to Bastille. I would highly recommend!
