Like a house, in the courtyard of a Marais condominium, 123 sqm with 4 bedrooms, atypical and very characterful on ground floor.





The apartment consists of:







  • Open kitchen fully equipped, with microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, teapot, and everything you need to cook. Central island.


  • Large living room with two sofas, coffee table, HD TV, internet and storage cabinet.


  • Dining area with a large table for 8 people and 8 chairs. Buffet. Window on courtyard


  • First bedroom on the ground floor with a bed of 160 * 200 cm and dressing. Window on courtyard.


  • First shower room adjoining the bedroom with walk-in shower and washbasin.


  • Separate WC with washbasin.

  • Second bedroom with a bed of 160 * 200cm and dressing. Window on courtyard

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Good location and poorly outfitted Poorly outfitted for 7 adults

As rated, the management company was great. Many deficiencies in the accommodations. Upstairs 3 bedrooms up a very narrow dangerous, winding staircase with NO railing. One bedroom with king bed: had to walk on curtains to get to second of bed and the only place to put clothes was on one suitcase stand. No hooks, no closet and poor lighting! Other 2 bedrooms had shelves but no place to hang clothes. Two toilets had no ventilation with 7 adults using them. Neither upstairs shower or downstair shower had any holders for soap or shampoo. Everything went on floor. Very limited hooks to hang towels for that many people. All mirrors were place high only usable for a person 5 foot 5 or ataller. Only 1 of 3 couches in living room were real couches that were comforatable to sit on. No written instructions for using stove, microwave or washer/dryer combo tgat were difficult to figure out. This could be a very nice accommodation if the owners put a liitle money into addressing these issues.

Amazing staying

Beautiful stay. Very clean and spacious. Would 100% book again. The only thing is that the WiFi sometimes didn’t work in one of the rooms upstairs. Amazing location very central and walkable to everything.

A Surprise Indeed

The Apartment was as expected, is ideally located and just perfect. However, we had 2 related families with small infants and unfortunately the outside area was in construction mode and made the experience less than ideal getting in and out of the apartment. The property manager and finally owner we considerate with a substantive discount. When the work is completed, it will be lovely both inside and outside.

Convenient location and friendly host

We had a great time in Paris - there are so many things to do and see! Your apartment has the perfect location for us! We had a great time , and thank you for your hospitality. Although there's temporary contruction going on - they were adding thermal barriers for exterior walls - hopefully the project will be finished very soon. This property inside is otherwise accurate according to the VRBO description.The property manager was easy to communicate and prompt in responding our requests - we got extra sheet/comforter/pillow, and an air box for internet was provided as the modem didn't work first day when we checked in, and it was Sunday. Thanks Gregory!

Our property was in the process of major exterior building work. We couldn’t open the shutters/windows or have any natural light in the rooms. The building noise began early and was very loud. VRBO had not communicated this to us when booking.

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli ed ha tutto quello che è descritto nell’annuncio. Situata a circa 500 m dal Pompidou, fermata della metro a circa 300m. Molto pulita e accessoriata di tutto. Torneremo presto!

Lovely clean property

It's definitely central to everything. We had a wonderful stay. Property clean and well-equipped. A bit of construction outside the main building which impacts initial impressions but overall a very positive experience. Thank you.

Great apartment in a beautiful neighborhood

We had a great stay at this property. Great location for restaurants and shopping. A bit of a walk for the metro or catching a cab. We had a group of 6 and the 4 bedrooms allowed us to spread out. Not a huge apartment but storage was very planned out in the bedrooms. Lots of close shops for groceries, wine and pastries. The property managers we very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay at this property again.

Great location

Check in was easy. Gregorie was very helpful. Later we could have used help with a shower, the dryer, and the dish washer, but sending messages through VRBO did not work. We didn’t quite understand the phone system or we may have gotten more help. As mentioned in earlier reviews, some windows did not latch, but they had bars so it was okay. The big negative is that the trash over flowed in the courtyard. It was not picked up all week. Be careful with the lock. A person left inside without a key could be locked in. We are all in our 70’s. I would not recommend for older or for those with mobility problems. All that said, I would stay here again.

Fantastic location and apartment

Brilliant apartment in fantastic location in Paris. Apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and well maintained. Ideal for families with the two levels and multiple bathrooms. Highly recommend for families as a home away from home in Paris.

Great stay

This apartment was perfect for our family’s stay in Paris! We had 3 couples and 2 young adults and had plenty of room. The location can’t be beat and the apartment was hotel level clean.

Not for seniors

The photos of this apartment would make you believe that it is spacious and contains 3 full baths. There is only one toilet shared by the three bedrooms upstairs. Two shower and sink closets are very cramped and have no receptacles for soap, shampoo, etc. All of the seating is amazingly uncomfortable. The instructions for the washer-dryer were not clear and we suspect that the dryer does not work; it failed to dry our clothes. Decor and location are good with many restaurants nearby and a good market across the street. Most important to know is that the staircase is unsafe with no bannister, slick painted steps, and no real landing at the top. Despite all these shortcomings we still enjoyed our time in Paris. With a little more care by the owners and/or managers, this could be a really nice place for two or three young couples. Not recommended for older guests.

Highly recommend!

The property was very clean (very important to us!) and modern and well laid out. It worked great for our group of 8. It had all the amenities that we needed. Loved the decor. It's right across the street from a little grocery store and convenient to restaurants, bars and shops.
