The Space:

Take advantage of this completely renovated apartment ideally located near Notre-Dame! It can accommodate up to four travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A lounge area: a double sofa bed (140x200), storage space, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• A sleeping area: a Queen-size bed (160x200) and extremely comfortable new bedding, as well as storage space and a ceiling fan.

• An open equipped kitchen: microwave, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: iron and ironing board, as well as a drying rack.



Important: renovation work is underway on the stairs of the building. This situation being beyond our control, no complaint or request for compensation can be accepted.

You will be staying in a central and chic area of ​​the 1ᵉ arrondissement, in the heart of Paris, a few steps from the Louvre and the Palais Royal, perfect for discovering the city on foot between emblematic monuments, boutiques and historic cafés. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at Café Kitsuné in the Jardin du Palais Royal or enjoy the terraces of Le Nemours, as well as lunch or dinner in renowned addresses like L'Escargot Montorgueil or Le Grand Véfour, two must-see Parisian institutions. Reaching the apartment is simple, thanks to excellent public transport connections. The nearest metro station is Châtelet (lines 1, 4, 7, 11, and 14), while Châtelet - Les Halles also serves RER lines A, B, and D, making access from airports and major Parisian train stations easy.



From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

Take the RER B towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Châtelet - Les Halles. The apartment is just a few meters from the station, located in the Westfield Forum des Halles shopping center, about a 5-minute walk.

Travel time: approximately 45 minutes.



From Orly Airport (ORY)

Take the Orlyval train to Antony, then transfer to the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle Airport and get off at Châtelet - Les Halles.

Travel time: approximately 40 minutes.



From Gare du Nord

Take the RER B towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Châtelet - Les Halles. The apartment is just a few meters from the station, inside the Westfield Forum des Halles shopping center, about a 5-minute walk.

Travel time: approximately 5 minutes.



From Gare de l’Est

Take metro line 4 towards Bagneux - Lucie Aubrac and get off at Châtelet. The apartment is just a few meters from the station.

Travel time: approximately 5 minutes.



From Gare de Lyon

Take metro line 14 towards Saint-Lazare and get off at Châtelet.

Travel time: approximately 3 minutes.



From Gare Montparnasse

Take metro line 4 towards Porte de Clignancourt and get off at Châtelet.

If you need a baby cot and a high chair, please inform us 72 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM.

Early Check-in: If you wish to arrive before 3:00 PM, confirmation will be provided 24 hours in advance, and additional fees equivalent to 50% of a night’s rate may apply.

Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM. Requests for early arrivals or late departures will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with applicable fees clearly communicated.

Late Check-out: If you wish to extend your stay beyond 11:00 AM, it will be confirmed 24 hours prior and may incur fees of 50% of a night’s rate.



Security Deposit

Amount: €250, payable online by credit card only via SWIKLY.

The refund will be processed from 21 business days after departure, subject to no damages being reported.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet. Noise disturbances may result in deductions from the security deposit.



Internet Use

Avoid any illegal activities, such as unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted works.

No access to websites prohibited under French and European legislation.

In case of internet issues related to telecom providers, no compensation will be granted.



Professional Use and Photography

Photo shoots, filming, business meetings, or commercial use are not allowed without prior approval. Please contact us for specific rates and authorizations.



Booking Conditions

Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.

Minors or guests under 21 are only allowed if accompanied by an adult who meets this age requirement.

Otherwise, access will be denied, and no refund will be provided.
