Our flat is really big in the ancient and central Montmartre at 10 minutes from Sacre Coeur, you can visit everything by walking! Also the biggest advantage is that it's so quiet and cozy that you would want to stay more! :)
Situated in a beautiful typical Parisian building, all new and renovated, decorated and furnished by an interior designer, with a modern and elegant touch. Fully equipped, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, towels, sheets, shower, television, wifi ... The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds.
In the living room you can relax in our cozy couch that opens into a bed for two persons. The bedding is made from a mattress of really good quality.
Closets and arrangements all over you that you can organize better and more easily.

This charming apartment has been designed to provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern facilities, fully accessible, very good bedding, new bathroom, dinner table for 6 persons, all situated in a quiet building, no traffic noise, all bright, extremely well located in Paris.
In the center of Montmartre district, at 10 minutes from Sacre Coeur.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would absolutely recommend it. The location was perfect for our trip—coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and a convenience store were all right outside the building, which made mornings and evenings incredibly easy and enjoyable. There were also several metro stations within walking distance, making it simple to get anywhere we wanted to go in Paris.Despite being so centrally located, the apartment itself is in a very quiet area. We never had any issues with street noise and slept comfortably every night. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, and the washing machine was especially helpful—it allowed us to pack light for our 7-day trip.The host was fantastic and very accommodating. They also offered a private driver service, which we used a few times. The driver was professional, punctual, and made getting around stress-free.Overall, a great apartment with an excellent location and an attentive host. We would happily stay here again.

Nos alojamos con mi familia, éramos 5. Teníamos un cochecito y varias valijas. Nos hubiera encantado saber previamente que no había ascensor y que era solamente por escalera. La mesa del living tiene 4 sillas y siempre nos faltaba una para cenar. Para bañarse también era complicado porque el agua caliente dura para solo una persona, después empieza a salir fría.Menos mal que no fuimos en verano porque no vimos aire acondicionado.El resto todo bien.

This suite has the best location!! So much to do and see nearby, coffee just out the door. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were a group of five, so while this flat can accommodate six people, it would feel a bit cozy.There was only one bathroom, so with many people, we had to plan (so we didn't run out of hot water), but after the first day, we figured it out. I would absolutely book this flat again.

The host met us when we arrived and showed us how to an access the property. The location was great- very close to the Paris subway- it is located in a very vibrant neighborhood with many shops, cafes and restaurants. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was also very quiet, and safe

Severine y Vincen nos han ayudado con la llegada y la salida. La calle Condorcet está en un barrio muy agradable, cerca de Montmartre, Lafayette, Ópera ..,La calle Martyrs animada, con cafés, restaurantes, tiendas de todo tipo de alimentos de la gran comida francesa. Creo que si tengo ocasión volveremos pxmo año.

Great place, was conveniently located to access all of what Paris had to offer within walking distance. Sacre Coeur & Montmartre is only 7-10 min walk. Very close to the metro (if you're up for it) Kitchen was functional and easy to maintain but we did have issues with the shower tray over flowing so please be advised. Only added bonus would’ve been during summer I wish the pace had air conditioning as it gets very hot but there were fans to help. Also no dryer but there is a clothes rack. Beds are comfortable and it’s in a quiet location.Everything was well stoked and made living an ease.

Very good

Our check-in was a bit delayed, resulting in about a half hour wait on the sidewalk, but once the person arrived, check-in was quick and easy. We would have liked to watch a bit of TV in the evening, but the TV was not easy to use, which was a very minor issue. We appreciated the two fans during the hot weather; a third fan for the other bedroom would have been helpful as well. We used the optional driver service; it was on time and worked well for our arrival but was late and required lots of follow-up for our departure. For showering, the hot water tank was good for one shower and then required some time to get ready for the next shower. We really enjoyed the Montmartre area. It was just a few minutes walk to Sacre Coeur and the surrounding area. Lots of boulangeries and cafés in the area. The building was shady and cool with minimal street noise, although it was quite creaky when the wind picked up. Overall, a very good stay.

Terrific non touristy spot good for families

This flat is in a great area of Paris - authentic neighborhood with nice shops, close to metro and walkable to Montmartre. I would stay in this area again. The flat is a good size for a family of four - we managed to squeeze in a fifth on couch in main room. Simple but functional kitchen. Great to have dishwasher and washing machine. A couple of notes: there is no AC so for hot weather this is a consideration. We only had 2 fans for three rooms. Also, some aspects of the flat needed maintenance and updating - newer pillows, kitchen faucet fixed, more glasses, drainer for plates, lamp bulbs ( lamps were flickering). Wifi worked well. Simple check in.

Great location, great host

Vincent, the apartment owner, was great to work with. His communication was excellent, he answered questions quickly and accurately. We were able to leave our luggage at the flat while we explored the neighborhood. The flat was perfect for our family of 5. We arrived at the Gare Du Nord train station and walked around 15 minutes to the apartment. Our girls had one room, or son slept on the sofa couch and myself and my wife had our own room. The neighborhood was terrific. There are many small shops, corner bistros and cafes, small grocers and restaurants. There is a metro station around 10 minutes away and the Sacre Coeur is only around a 15 minute walk away. If you are looking for a clean small flat to use as your home base while in Paris, I highly recommend Vincent as your host!

Had a great stay, very close to the Basilica of Sacré Cœur, the Moulin Rouge, and the staircase from John Wick 4. Also right down the street from the excellent and very popular Mamiche bakery, get there early the line gets long. The hosts Vincent and Séverine were very friendly and communicative, the apartment was clean and as we expected. We had an all around great stay!

Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, sauber, ruhige Lage in Hinterhof, Montmartre und Bäckereien, Cafés, Restaurants, kl. Supermärkte etc. direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind etwas kleiner als man denkt. Für fünfköpfige Familie mit drei Kindern prima geeignet.
