Welcome to my 24 square meters apartment in the heart of the 7th district of Paris, located on the 6th floor WITH elevator. It is ideally located between SAINT-GERMAIN-DES-PRÈS and the JARDIN DU LUXEMBOURG, in a lively and touristic area. You will be able to reach the main tourist attractions of the capital on foot or by metro. The accommodation has a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Paris, the Eiffel Tower on one side and the Montparnasse Tower on the other. Enjoy your stay :)

Located near Montparnasse, the accommodation is pleasant and is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a beautiful lounge area to relax after an intense Parisian day. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay, namely : Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Iron, Hair dryer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Elevator; You will be very well served by public transportation, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers a direct proximity to shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
The 7th neighbourhood is a quiet place, perfect for families. There is the Eiffel Tower, one of the most famous buildings in the world, as well as administrative buildings, and government departments such as the Assemblée Nationale, Ministeries, Foreign embassies… Then, it is where the wealthiest inhabitants live. The Faubourg Saint Germain has been created in the 18th century, and still has a remarkable architecture. In addition, you will be able to reach easily the Latin district, but also the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées and Alexander the Third bridge.
