Plush soft furnishings gather around it, as well as a chic coffee table and footstool. Across the room, an expansive glass dining table reposes under four pendant lights, where eight guests can dine comfortably.

KITCHEN
Bedecked almost all in black, from the cabinetry to the countertops, the kitchen is a force to be reckoned with. With its entirely handleless functional design and emphasis on smooth edges, this space is the epitome of sleekness.

BEDROOMS
The principal bedroom is singularly impressive in its size: centred on a king-sized bed, there’s still plenty of space to spare. Illuminated gorgeously by full-size Parisian windows, this is the perfect haven for relaxation. The second bedroom is similarly illuminated, the sun streaming in to light up the double bed and adjoining desk. The final bedroom features a single trundle bed, which can be converted into two singles.

BATHROOMS
The primary bathroom impresses immediately upon entry: all in grey marble, it’s both monolithic and monochromatic. In here you’ll find a walk-in shower, a toilet and a wash basin, while the en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a double wash basin. There is also a separate WC in the apartment.
