An excellent base for our stay in Paris. An easy walk to most things we planned to do. Excellent facilities for self catering, good bathroom, nice sized bedroom with storage and comfortable living area. Great to have air-conditioning after a hot day's walking.The property manager always available to help via phone.

Excellent location with easy access to several metro stations, shops and food both sit down and grocery stores.Great layout that has everything you need including air conditioning which during the heat wave came in very handy especially at night time.Would certainly recommend and stay here again.

Apartment had plenty of space and amenities for a comfortable stay. The only issue we had was with the couch - the bottom cushions kept moving away from the back of the couch. This didn’t always make for comfortable sitting. Kitchen very well supplied and with plenty of space. Air conditioning was very good but we didn’t need to use it often because the house was very cool without it. The only main concern seemed to be the lack of privacy from the courtyard into the kitchen area.

L'endroit est impeccable et digne des photos. Nous avons bien aimé y séjourner. La chose à améliorer est le Wi-Fi, quasi pour nous pas dire inexistant.

Lovely ground floor apartment looking out to courtyard

Love staying here. Very clean. Enjoyed use of washing machine! Stayed a week with no issues. Would stay again. Close to metros.

Modern apt in the Marais

It's a lovely location surrounded by interesting shops and restaurants in a fashionable part of Paris. The 'brocante' market locally, a special event, was wonderful, and the Arts et Metiers museum is a treasure esp if you are science-oriented. Great bakeries locally are prize-winning.

Außergewöhnlich schön!

Die Wohnung in Paris Marais ist ein kleines Juwel! Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist zum Sich -Wohlfühlen vorhanden, bezaubernd ist der kleine Innenhof mit den Pflanzen und wir haben die Ruhe mitten in der Stadt genossen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einfach fantastisch!

Heating was excellent. Kitchen well equipped. Fridge and freezer excellent. Beds comfortable. The kitchen is like a green house….all glass walls intothe garden, which is in bloom now. During the winter it could be a bit chilly, but the place is well heated. If you want total privacy when cooking or eating breakfast, this place is not for you though, as anyone entering the garden from the other two apartments can see you in the kitchen. The apartment is really comfortable and well appointed. A separate water closet is handy, leaving the basin and shower free for someone else when there is more than one person. The area is wonderfully close to many metro stops, it is quiet and has lots of good restos. Close to P. De la Republic too. All in alla great place to spend a vacation on Paris.

Beste Lage

Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage in Paris. Es war sehr heiß und die Fete de la musique war u.a. direkt in unserer Straße. Die Wohnung war aber klimatisiert und man hat von der Straße nichts gehört. In der Nähe verschiedene schöne Restaurants und Metrostationen. Das Louvre und der Place de la republique sind fussläufig erreichbar. Für 4 Personen ausreichend.

The location is great, convenient to multiple lines of the Metro. The living room is large, with comfortable seating for four. The bed is comfortable and shower is great. The kitchen is adequate but could be better stocked (no can opener or bread knife), and the cabinets and microwave are mounted very high. Access to the unit requires the use of three keys, which we found quite inconvenient. We would happily stay here again.
