Summary:

Magnificent air-conditioned 3-room apartment, located in the center of Paris, a few steps from rue de Rivoli, famous for its shops, cafes and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk from the Marais. Bright, warm, modern, tastefully decorated by professionals and fully equipped, my accommodation is ideal for a successful stay with family or friends

Good location in central Paris. The host was very responsive. The directions and instructions were clear. The location was a little too loud for our family (loud bars open till early morning), thus the 4 star rating. This is not the fault of the property or property managers. Would be great for young couples or groups of singles.

Perfect location

Excellent location. Close to metro stations, small grocery next door, and washer/dryer in the apartment. Everything we needed for our trip. Host was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Short family stay in Paris

The apartment was larger than expected and very clean, located in a quaint building that made my first stay in Paris a great experience! The neighborhood is very lively with more bars and restaurants than we could count. Host was fast and helpful with communication - they use yaago for check-in and I initially had problems - only about two seconds of stress as they jumped on FaceTime to help. Fun location with easy access to bus line. Would recommend this location.

Fabulous location!

Surrounded by restaurants and a short walk or ride to all the sights, this place is a gem. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Only thing missing were a corkscrew (which was delivered!) and a dish drain. Communication with managers was superb.

Great Apartment and Location

Well located in a vibrant neighborhood with many/most sites, museums, shopping and restaurants within walking distance, plus the Metro and RER stations are less than a 5min walk. The apartment is well maintained, clean and has all the compforts of home. We would atay again.

Clean and safe

The apartment was as stated. Beds were comfortable and it was easy to get around from this location. Lots of restaurants to choice from with good food. Bakery just around the corner and 2 little grocery stores. The building is quiet, however there if you are a light sleeper ( I am) the bars/ restaurant across the street from the building gets very noisy at night. A lot of loud music. We were friends in our 60’s that just wanted to sleep at night. The host was very receptive to all questions. Always got back to us really quick.

Beautiful place in a great location

We spent three nights here and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment itself is very nice, with a good open space for hanging out. The location is incredible; the proximity to Châtelet-Les Halles means you can easily get anywhere on public transit. It's a short walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. Highly recommended. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great stay, great location

The apartment is located on a very busy, mostly pedestrian street lined with bars & restaurants. It was a little noisy in the bedroom closest to the street but did not bother my teens at all. The apartment is an easy walk to a lot of tourist attractions and a metro stop. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Management is very responsive. We had a slow drain in a shower. It was fixed immediately. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property!

The apartment is perfectly modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent location in the Marais, which is a lively neighborhood. The windows do a good job of blocking noise, but you may wish to bring a white noise machine also. Owners respond rapidly to questions and provide illustrated instructions for navigating the check-in process. Highly recommend this rental!!

Nice apt/great location

Loved the location. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood can be vibrant in the evening, but the apartment was quiet due to the high quality windows in the unit. Would stay there again. Couple of quirks about the apartment just as info, 1) the en-suite bath room has sink vanity and shower but no toilet. The toilet is down the hall next to the other bathroom. Not a problem just a fact and unusual in Paris. 2) The chairs at the dining table are “wobbly” so first time to sit, they feel a bit insecure. Legs seem loose. Digital check-in and communication were very easy. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed in this lovely centrally located apartment. It is very modern with everything you need for a wonderful experience. The process of arrival and departure were simple and very well explained. Great communication. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!

As a family of 6, with 2 parents, 2 teens, and a set of grandparents, we had a wonderful experience. The location felt very central and was close to the metro and lots of bustling cafes and shops. The apartment was very comfortable and mostly quiet at night despite being above restaurants that were open late. The only thing I would recommend would be to add instructions for the appliances as we struggled a bit with the stove and washer/dryer. Overall, we had an amazing time and hope to come back and stay again.

Beautiful Property Convenient Location

We recently spent a week at this apartment and really enjoyed our stay there! The apartment was really clean and the recent renovations are beautiful and modern. We loved that the it is so central in Paris and being next to Chatelet station, we were able to get anywhere quickly on the Metro. Few quibbles, which were of minor annoyance but it didn't detract from us enjoying Paris. The apartment is on the 1st floor and because it's a very touristy area with bars and restaurants, there were lots of people outside talking until very late hours of the night. This was only bothersome if you slept in the outside room. The inside room was very quiet. We also noticed that there are no toilet paper holders and no soap trays in the shower. Not a big deal but just seems like an oversight. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will consider staying at the property again on our next trip to Paris.

The apartment was just as good in reality as it was in the photos. High quality furnishings and a great location. Easy walking to most sights and close to Metro stop for sites a bit further afield. Being right above a mini-market and a good boulangerie around the corner were also big pluses. The check-in process could have been a bit clearer but partly my fault (!). Would definitely stay here again when back in Paris.
