Unfortunately this was a very disappointing stay in a property that we spent quite a bit of money on.I will start with the good: the apartment is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. There was unfortunately road construction that made access by car difficult but manageable. The apartment was quite loud in the evenings but otherwise the location was good.The air conditioning really only worked in one bedroom, and even there it leaked. There was a unit for the primary living space but it was set too high when we checked in and was not sufficient in cooling the whole space. The coolest it said it got was 21 degrees but the space felt much warmer. 3 of the bedrooms were not impacted at all by these units and needed fans and open windows, which exasperated the loud noises.Lastly, the flat was located on the 2nd floor above the ground floor (for Americans, the equivalent of the 3rd floor), requiring a climb of almost 50 steps for our children and a guest who uses a cane. We booked this apartment specifically because a lift was available. However, the lift was broken during our entire stay and seemed to have been broken before we got there. We were not informed of this huge change before we checked in even though the lessors should have been aware that it was broken and could have warned us. When we raised this in a message, they just reiterated it was broken. We asked for a partial refund and were denied. At this price point incredibly disappointing.

Overall great stay with a few issues that do need to be addressed

Overall a great stay…excellent location and a roomy apartment for a large family stay in central Paris. Two of the three bedrooms do not have A/C and get hot on Paris summer days. The water pressure in the shower is quite low, and there were a few other issues I didn’t expect for such an expensive rental: the bathroom faucet was loose, the washer cover door doesn’t close all the way, and the mini-fridge door is damaged/corroded. There was also a rat living in the apartment (we saw it twice) as Paris continues battling its post-COVID rat population boom. I only mention these issues as it is a very expensive rental in a near-ideal location and, as it is run by a for-profit company and not a private single owner, I would expect all those issues tinge addressed. However, we did very much enjoy our stay.

Beautiful Apartment

Beautiful apartment, amazing neighborhood, close to all sights and metro. Rooms were clean and kitchen and dining area was perfect. Only issue was a water leak so 7 of us shared one shower for most of the trip. Staff called immediately to share issue with us but unfortunately unable to repair during our stay. I recommend again, truly lovely and perfect neighborhood! Thank you!

Lovely apartment and location

Lovely apartment and location however the noise at night was very loud and meant no one got a full nights sleep - the bar / club downstairs gets quieter around 1:30am so fine if you are out late but the pipe noises are very loud and im a heavy sleeper.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans ce magnifique appartement. Déco et confort au top. Emplacement central qui nous a bien convenu. Nous étions 2 couples avec nos 4 enfants et nous étions parfaitement installés. Super! Merci 😊

Great location, nice space and apartment

We (three generations of family, 13-68), seven in total, very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Close to many attractions, with a nice space for a group of our size. Great communications from the host throughout, and would happily stay again.

Overall a really good place

Overall this apartment is really good. We were 5 (4 adults 1 kid) and it was pretty comfortable. The listing says it can accommodate 8 to 10 people but this seems like a stretch as there are only 2 bathrooms and the mezzanine bedroom would be anything but comfortable. The rooms that do not have AC will get pretty hot in the summer but fans are provided. The location is perfect and the apartment was clean. 2 issues though: 1. There was a mouse in the apartment (which is not uncommon in Paris) 2. The host charged my credit card twice for the full amount. They did correct the mistake but it seems unprofessional and no apology was provided. Overall I could see myself staying there again but I’ll be careful about the host.
