This fully equipped one bedroom is in the one of most desirable areas to live in paris . The oberkampf area. Public transportation is dense with 5 metro lines at walking distance. Around the corner you will find the popincourt market which is a very active open air market open every tuesday and friday mornings. 5 excellent bakers in the immediate neighborhood ( even for parisian standards it is outstanding ). one the best value for money mid priced restaurant le villaret and an amazing collection of restaurants and cafes nearby. two great butchers and for the convenience of all 3 large supermakets.
The apartment consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen ( including a dishwasher, a full size fridge, a microwave oven and a convection oven) , a table for 2 and a desk with shelves and plenty of cabinets, a bedroom with a very comfortable quality hotel queen size bed ( 160*200 cm ) and a very large closet . the bathroom has a basin, a large shower, a toilet, a washer and a separate drier .
The studio lies on the back of an early XIX century buiding at the second floor ( third american ) and therefore is away from street noise. you can sleep with windows open .

The apartment comes free WI-Fi and free cable TV and you wont need to pack a multi outlet power bar since there are about 20 outlets at your disposal.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than five minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro hubs easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just everywhere in paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 15 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm.

The apartment is in a fabulous residential neighborhood that has every kind of shop, restaurant, market, metro stop within walking distance. It is within a half hour walk/metro to anything you’d want to see. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with mobility issues because of 2 flights up and the need to walk. But that’s what we loved about it.The apartment is in an old building with rustic charm. It doesn’t have an official “living area” but the kitchen eating and desk area was good for hanging out.

Loved my stay in Paris. The apartment was exactly as noted in all comments. Olivier was a great host and walked me through the apartment and I never had any issues or need to reach out. This location is a quaint neighborhood where you feel like a real Parisian. I was able to walk, multiple Metro stops, great restaurants, bistros etc...I would definitely book again hopefully soon!!

Our host was so accommodating and let us bring our luggage into the apartment upon our arrival. That helped us out tremendously. The fresh flowers growing in the windowsills of this exquisite apartment just made our stay even nicer. The apartment was the perfect layout for me and my 12 year old. We marketed, cooked and ate out. Everything I needed was available to use in the apartment. It has gorgeous views of the interior courtyard that also has lots of growing plants. The bathroom feels like a spa and the apartment has a warm and chique feel to it. We had 6 Boulangeries, 4 grocers, restaurants, chocolatiers, jewelers and designer clothing boutiques within 1 to 5 blocks. We used the Metro every day and the short 2 block walk was beautiful. Tres Magnifique!

A quiet and peaceful setting in busy Paris, the apartment looks into a lovely garden courtyard in beautiful Le Marais area. Easy access to public transport or walk to many attractions. We also loved that we felt we weren't in an over-turistic area but living like Parisians do. The apartment is generously equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We loved it.

The apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable, which all made for a nice stay. The neighborhood in which it is located is great--a typical Parisian quarter, with a world class boulangerie (bakery) right on the corner, and a nice little carrefour/market just around the corner that carries everything you need in terms of food & supplies. Metro stop is a four minute walk away. Lots of nice little restaurants on the side streets, and of course the obligatory cafe/bistro with streetside tables on the corner of the Avenue de la Republic and the Rue Pamentier, where you can eat and drink well, and watch the Parisians walk. But the boulangerie alone is worth staying here.

Good location, quiet neighbourhood, useful to have both washing machine and dryer. Stairs up to the apartment on second floor are steep and narrow so if you have heavy cases you need to be agile and fit.We enjoyed our stay and the kitchen met all our needs. This was a beautiful small apartment in a lovely neighborhood of Paris. Communication with host and the check-in process was very clear and easy. The building is convenient to the Oberkampf metro station. The neighborhood has lots of options for bakeries, cafes, groceries, bars, etc. The apartment itself was very nice and clean. The bathroom and kitchen were very modern with nice amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, new shower). The greenery and flowers with the antique wooden windows overlooking the courtyard definitely made it feel like you were in Paris! I would highly recommend for a single or couple traveling to Paris.

Fantastic Stay in Paris

The apartment is in a very nice smaller neighborhood of Paris with close proximity to a lot of great restaurants and metro stations to jump on/off. The terrace of the apartment is very quaint with many plants - something very welcomed as from the street it is more or less a bustling concrete jungle. The apartment itself was very serviceable, and the owner, Olivier, personally reached out and met with me on checking in and on another issue very quickly and very warmly. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Paris.

Great spot and host

Excellent little flat in a great neighborhood in the 11th. Very conveniently located to 3 Metro stops, excellent patisseries, many grocery and restaurant options within short walking distance. Olivier was a very good host with excellent communication. The apartment is clean, quiet and well-stocked with amenities and a very handy washer/dryer. Large shower with excellent water pressure and a very comfortable bed. Tres magnifique!

The apartment is quiet, yet very close tomarkets, metro stations, restaurants. The location is very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans. I like to eat home made food, so it's great for me. It also has washer and dryer. It makes my stay very comfortable. I definitely will stay at this apartment if I visit Paris again.

Perfect Paris Flat

Wonderful find in Paris's 11th Arrondissement, this tidy and comfortable apartment was well suited for our five-day stay. Very comfortable bed, hot shower, full kitchen and the bonus of a a washer and dryer. Seating is a little tight and sparse without a living room or real dining area, but for two people we made it work. Paris was chilly during our visit, and Olivier's unit had ample heat to keep us warm. While some will note the neighborhood is distant from the main attractions, we walked everywhere without any issues. Metros are nearby yet we still chose to explore by foot making it to Notre Dame, Montemarte, the Louvre, etc., all on separate days in one hour or less. Plenty of fun dining and shopping nearby as well. Within a 25 minute walk of the apartment is the famed Père Lachaise Cemetery where scores of famous people are at rest. Well worth the visit for the somber and reflective beauty of the grounds and monuments. The apartment is also within a notable building being the 1839 birthplace of acclaimed Impressionist painter Alfred Sisley whose work we had the pleasure to see. All in all, a very positive experience at Oliveir's unit.
