Stay in this romantic, spacious and bright loft, artist's studio located in Montmartre. The artist used to live there and still works in the adjoining studio. The place is richly decorated and embellished with original works of art. For ten years, this place of art has welcomed artists, philosophers and art historians during exhibitions, conferences, readings and achronic evenings. The artist will gladly provide you with art books, easel, blank canvas, colors and brushes.
This 165 m² (1800sqf) loft is located on the ground floor of a Parisian building. It has an entrance through the building and an entrance through the artist's studio adjoining the loft. Ideal place to accommodate a family or a group of friends, it has three bedrooms. A bedroom with queen-size bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom, opening onto a small patio, with a queen-size bed, two single beds on the mezzanine and a large closet with wardrobe. A third bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine and a convertible chair-bed, a large closet with wardrobe. These two bedrooms face a shower room and a separate WC.The stairs leading to the mezzanines are steep: the three beds on the mezzanines are only suitable for agile people.
This loft includes a beautiful fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room of 70 m² (750sqf)under glass roofs equipped with a fireplace and a second space including a sofa bed for two people.
Possible access to the artist's studio adjoining the loft on your arrival in order to drop off your luggage. Toilets and a sink are also available in the workshop. Opportunity to have a coffee or tea and meet the artist during the week. A blank canvas or drawing paper, colors and brushes can be made available to you if you wish.
In addition to the reception service, the artist is generally present and available from September to June, Monday to Friday during the day to welcome you and help you if necessary.
Located at the foot of the steps leading to the Place du Tertre and the Sacré-Coeur, you will be there in 5 min. At the corner of rue Caulaincourt and Mont-Cenis you will enjoy all the advantages and charms of Montmartre, an artistic district par excellence. Mythical place in Paris to visit absolutely.
Located 200 m from line 12 (Lamarck Caulaincourt station) and line 4 (Château Rouge station), you have Bus 80 which stops in front of the workshop in the direction of Jules Joffrin or 20 m (at the corner of rue Custine) towards Porte de Versailles, Custine-Mont-Cenis stops. Possibility to park in rue du Mont-Cenis and pay with PayByPhone.
Given the environment of the co-ownership, we ask our travelers to respect the neighborhood. As well as any fuss, party, event after 10 p.m. is strictly prohibited. Smoking is also prohibited.
In case of loss of keys, an amount of 600 € will be charged.

INSURANCE : You will have the choice between depositing a refundable deposit of €500 and purchasing the non-refundable damage insurance excess for €35. We suggest you buy out the excess as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
