Enjoy an elegant and central apartment, totally renovated. The apartment is a Loft renovated in the Parisian style. Composed of a first floor and a living room/bedroom in the basement. Located in a former bathhouse, it offers a pleasant living/dining room as well as 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can easily accommodate 12 people. The area is one of the most prestigious and authentic in Paris near Montmartre and Pigalle.

The Space:
On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, and more. The dining room features a high-quality sofa bed and a 55-inch TV, perfect for relaxing. There are also two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. The entire apartment is air-conditioned for your comfort.
Head down to the basement, and you'll discover a cozy living room with another 55-inch TV and two premium sofa beds. The basement also includes a bathroom and a convenient laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer. This apartment is designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and convenience for your stay.

Guest Access:
To access the loft, you'll have to pass through the first digicode at street level. Once you're in the building's inner courtyard, you'll need to enter a second keypad to gain access to the building.
