You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in the heart of Paris.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, a favorite district of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes walk from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Grands Boulevards are also next door.

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a large living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 6 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Bel appartement très bien situé.

Il faudrait signaler dans l’annonce que les salles de bain et wc sont vraiment très petits. Attention à l’entretien : un joint de porte de douche endommagé et une poignée de porte de salle de bain dévissée. À part cela nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Senior ladies visiting Paris

We absolutely loved staying in your lovely apartment. Everything we needed was there. I appreciated having someone meet us at the door and show us how to deal with the locks. Your location is walkable to most places we visited. It was wonderful having our own bedrooms. I feel very lucky to have found your adorable apartment. Apartment was easy to find and check-in process was quick and easy. Apartment is nice and clean, a little smaller than expected, but worked well for our group of four. Clean and well managed. Metro station around the corner.

Family visit to paris

Well located with convenient metro. Management responsive. Bedrooms are small by american standards, no desks. Two floors to walk up with suitcases somewhat difficult for seniors. We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable Stay in Paris

Nicely appointed apartment for a 4-day stay, but as others have noted, it is not recently renovated as the staged photos may appear. Check-in host Adonis was excellent - very friendly and helpful. The immediate street location may appear a bit suspect, but the street is fine and the location excellent for exploring Paris by foot or Metro. Very near the Rue Montorgueil and its many restaurants. Comfortable space for six adults. The winding stone stairs up to the second level (ground/zero, first, second) while old and not entirely level, have much charm! Cleanliness was good (rug could have used a cleaning). Paris is expensive; it’s just the way it is, and we enjoyed our stay.

Americans in Paris

Overall we were very pleased with the accomodations. We had agreed on a 3pm check-in, but arrived at the site 15min early. We were eventually greeted 15min late by Adonis, who reviewed the apartment with us, which I really liked, and helped us navigate both the apartment and the area. The area was a little noisy in the morning and evening due to deliveries and other activity, but if it wasn't warm and we could have kept windows closed we would have been fine. Kitchen well-stocked with dishes and glasses. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and toilet paper stocked. Bedrooms and baths were small, but I think expected by european standards.

Beautiful apartment in an interesting part of Paris.

We had a wonderful time exploring a part of Paris that we were unfamiliar with. The neighborhood was perfect with small shops and restaurants. We felt safe but there was street noise from happy partiers until about 2AM. There was no elevator which meant that we had to climb up 42 steps with luggage or whatever. On the way in and on the way arrangements were made to assist us since we are all over 70. Make sure you read the description thoroughly. There were 3 bedrooms but two of them did not have toilets. The second shared toilet was in something that resembled an entry closet. Elise was wonderful and was always available to provide direction and assistance.

Horrendous apartment - AVOID!

This is the worst VRBO we have ever stayed in. Let's start with the apartment itself. It is located on the second floor, up a filthy derelict staircase with sheeting on the floor. The building itself is very old and the floors uneven - a point which leads to laughable things like bathroom doors coming open unless they are closed all the way, and luggage literally 'rolling across parts of the room'! The apartment has been 'staged' to make it look like it has been modernized and renovated, but in fact it has not and is completely misleading. The curtains were disgusting and had white stains on them. I found a dusty old sock on the edge underneath the bed which speaks to the level of any 'cleaning' that goes on. There are 3 bedrooms with bathrooms so tiny to make them almost unusable. There is no A/C and when we arrived the heaters were switched on which made it even worse. The kitchen was left with literally nothing in it in terms of supplies. I wish I could post some of the pictures I took. The location of the apartment is on a seedy very unappealing street. The communication with the owner was to tell me to text an agent on the day that would meet at the apartment to hand over the key. You have to tell the agent exactly when you will be arriving. I really can't do justice to how bad this experience really was, and am very disappointed that VRBO actually allows listings like this to appear on its website. I regularly use VRBO, but would reconsider that based on this stay.

Nice location, yet…

Space is nice and clean but the walls are thin and the neighbors are very loud, especially in one of the back rooms where a woman seems to yell to herself for hours starting after 1am. But the location is ideal, including great restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well as easy access to public transportation. We did enjoy Paris and the rental surrounding. Regarding the noises we couldn’t control after midnights daily, some of us moved to sleep in the living room.

Great stay!

We had a great time here. It's a short walk to the metro and 1km walk will get you to the Louvre and Les Halles shopping centre. It's located on a quiet street so you can have the windows open at night. Everything in the apartment was as advertised on the listing. Communication was abundant and timely. When I go back to Paris, I will be looking to see if it's available again.

Nice Flat in the 2nd

The flat was clean and neat and very well supplied. The bathrooms were absurdly small, and a stay of some length, more than 2-3 days, would have been problematic. But they work fine. The neighborhood is OK, nothing special, you need to take the metro to get to Paris's best features. Very close to the tube, which makes traveling convenient.

Lovely stay in Paris

Visited Paris with my family and loved our stay. Albeit the rooms are smaller than the pictures pertain to, it absolutely did not detract from our vacation. The apartment is clean and well equipped, nice touches with espresso and wine on arrival, great location to walk to hundreds of bars, restaurants and other amenities.

Paris’ visit

This is a wonderful place to live Paris’ life style. It is a great place for families. Plenty of space. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars walking distance. However, it could be a little far from the main attractions. You need to have a good knowledge of public transportation and under ground trains.

Steps to Strasboug-St Denis

Nice three-bed, three bath apartment just a minute or two walk from the Strasbour-St-Denis metro station (with connections to everything Paris has to offer). Good shopping and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Some heavy construction happening immediately outside the front door, but no evening/night work.

Great stay

Exactly as pictured, neighborhood is nice and convenient to metro. Rooms are small, especially bathrooms but we were very happy with our stay. There is a fair amount of construction in the neighborhood but that didn’t bother us. Check in and out was very convenient and communication was good. Would stay again.

Paris Spring Break

My family stayed at this flat for a portion of our spring break. The location was good - central to shops, restaurants and the train station. The amenities were good, comfortable beds, nice lounge and a bottle of wine awaited us on our arrival. Recommended!

Roomy and convenient

Everything about listing is accurate, and there was even more space than expected. 3 showers in an apartment was great for our family. Very short walk to metro was also nice. Communication with owners was perfect every step of the way.

Great stay and convenient location

Enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment. It needs a bit TLC (a few chipped dishes and some visible wear and tear) and it is smaller than the picture makes it seem, but given the location it was perfectly suitable for my father and me. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely come back again.
